I would never even think of touching the knees in Kapo A. 😅 I think it‘s important to let people know that one should have a practice on a regular basis. It‘s not about the flexibility but also breathing is very important if you want to deepen your backbends.
Great tutorial! only issue I see here is that it is much easier for women as their body center of gravity are the hips and for men is the head which will make it harder to balance.
