Just a big corpo doing big corpo things. So far Nintendo has offered the most content on a subscription service that can't actually be purchased and is drip fed.
@@PipeGuy64Bit Do you even realize how long it would take to get the audio to a proper format, then expand the server to be able to hold it all, THEN make sure it's compatible with the many features, in order for that to happen they would've had to have this plan way in advance.
I would use it if it had older games. And they're missing a ton of tracks on Nintendogs. So... I'm not optimistic. But it's neat so far. It will need a lot of improvement. You're not able to use the music app at all if you don't have Nintendo Online, but if you have an unused free trial (seven days) you can use it. Part of the problem is they take one screenshot per track (I like that.) And for some tracks, they make them loopable via the Extend feature via the song's actual loop point, like you would hear them in-game. So I think it takes a bit of extra care to add songs because they need the loop point for each track.
Nintendo Music SOUNDS like a cool idea but... I'm not sold on it. It's cool to have an all-in-one place for nintendo music, but you know where else you could do that from? UA-cam... As well as enjoy tons of videos, movies, etc. Sorry Nintendo, this is a pass from me. Xenoblade stole the show.
"Nintendo made an app that nobody is going to use."
I think it's a matter of seconds to see people looping the Wii shop music in supermarkets.
@@RetroMario lol I doubt it BUT it would be super funny

no ads and more soundtracks are under way i have the app
Why not have everything available off the bat? Drip feed release method makes no sense with this
