Excellently presented 101 class on Tequila! As an aspiring mixologist this is fantastic.Tequila is my favorite spirit by far, to the char grin of my friends. I do feel this kind of knowledge needs to be known by the wider public because the monolithic spirit houses are getting away with murder & depriving the general public of the delights of this spirit in its organic/traditional state. How long will unopened bottle last and be fresh.? I bought a bought a bottle that was bottled 2 yrs ago. Its still sealed and unopened but 2 yrs seems like a long time.
I remember that My father's friend went to a tequila expo took cazadores and was complaining at the end they gave him back the cazadores he didn't know this process.

If I’m not mistaken, Heradura is the parent company of El Jimador and Heradura is considered a ‘top shelf’ tequila.
@@Nutwigg1 yes, herradura makes el Jimador. Yes, Herradura calls themselves a top shelf tequila.... But it doesn't mean they really are..

It's fine. It can last a long time as long as it's not exposed to extreme heat or sunlight. I have bottles that are 15+ years old and more.
