It was like driving a Ferrari before I even had been in a Honda. I’ve been searching for that taste in tequila ever since. And today you have finally found it for me!! It was don julio 1942!
Do I like Tequila - nope, do I have any desire to purchase these - nope - Do I watch everything you post with Andre Houston Mack in it - of course I do!
As my tequila experience has matured over the years i tend to prefer the less sweet tequilas and additive free ones. The sweet ones are the gateway i have found, and i have a bottle in my house to give to non tequila drinkers to start a discussion. El Tesoro is my current splurge and its half the price of clase or 1942. Espolon reposado hits that sweet spot of price to quality.
