I saw a 69 Beaumont wagon at a weekly car show in Phoenix a few years ago. was metallic green. the original front seat was replaced with buckets. The car was fully restored and looked like it just left the factory in Oshawa. It was owned by snowbirds from one of the Prairie Provinces. I remember seeing these on a trip to Canada in 1969.
I am restoring a 69 Beaumont currently. 30,000 original mile barn find. 4 speed bucket car with factory tach and factory duels. L48 In barn since 1976. I have a question; Do you know the paint color of the frosted aluminum on the back strip below trunk lid?
These are not Pontaic's they were marketed by GM and sold at Pontiac and Buick dealer's you will not find a Pontaic logo on the car nor does the dealership brochure state its a Pontaic its clearly marked on he back GM . That being said nice car ! I own a 68 SD and love it.
Never said it was a Pontiac. Beaumont was a stand-alone brand in Canada made by GM. Here in Connecticut in the U.S., though, the Department of Motor Vehicles doesn't have Beaumont as an available brand in its computer. Because the Beaumont has parts that were used in Pontiacs, and maybe because the Beaumont's logo appropriated Pontiac's "spear" and added maple leaves, it registers Beaumonts as Pontiacs. The only other option would be Chevrolet because of the body style.
Yes, you are correct it is a stand-alone General Motors product. I can see where the logo gives the impression it is a Pontiac but it's not. Anyhow nice car glad you restored it and kept another one alive.
Great looking car. I'm hoping to see it at one of the shows.
Great looking car! Love the power plant!
Back in the late 60s my aunt who lived in Canada had a 67 Acadian Beaumont. It was made by GM Canada.
It looks for familiar but different at the same time.

The green one must have looked great!
Awesome cat thanks for sharing it
Saw this one at Lebanon for MusclePalooza last summer! 👍
forgot to mention i saw a fully restored red convertible in Tucson. Had Saskatchewan plates
The Pontiac dashboard looks way nicer than a Chevelle
Points on coverting it to a big block stick car.

Im a Ford guy myself but wouldn't mind owning something so odd. These aren't rare here in the US, they are downright strange.
