I’ve been lugging a set around for 61 yrs… there is no feeling of weight, no dangling tug, no shifting weight. They really only make themselves known when suffering an impact.
Hanging a dangling weight in your groin area would never simulate really having nads.

Yup I think so too... I went through a stage at 17 after SA of wanting to dress and make myself look like a man so I don't get unwanted male attention and to be taken seriously. Men legit do get taken more seriously.
Age 23 or 24 I went to college and had a part time job, I got a promotion and cut my hair short to look older so people would beleive I can do my job and not say I'm too young for it, also at college for a month I began dressing lore masculine and suddenly people wanted to talk to me and included me in things, nobody did that when I was feminine...

@@tomatoredcolor I think you are wrong that no one is changing gender because of the csa. I’ve seen it happen in my family because of the first reason you mentioned. People want to beat me up as a homosexual male but if I change gender no one can dare question me and no one would beat me up as a trans woman.
Obviously we both know that you can never include everyone when we generalize people based on one characteristic of their lives.
I think 🤔 that every single person with gender dysphoria deserves respect and compassion. Sometimes compassion can be a difficult conversation. I also think that every single human with gender dysphoria has other mental health issues that need to be addressed before you start doing surgery and dangerous hormones.
Gender affirming care as it is now coined creates a permanent patient who will never address the other issues. Creating Frankenstein-genitalia benefits the surgeon, hospital and other medical professionals. How does it benefit the patient?

Having a scrotum isn’t a constant feeling of “weight”. It shifts, moves, relaxes, tenses. Even bigger testes don’t really weigh that much, and the male body is designed to accommodate all the bits and bobs we naturally have. Sure, sometimes they get in the way if you sit or move wrong, but that is only an occasional thing for the average guy.

I understand in some capacity how a tattoo can be gender affirming. As a heavily tattooed (25+ tattoos) transsexual man getting a large piece would help to take the focus off a part of my body that causes me dysphoria. I also got a chest piece that covers my top surgery scars and helped me feel more comfortable being at the beach or in public with my shirt off. It’s definitely not “gender affirming care” though.

I definitely believe things like that can be used to help a person feel more comfortable, confident and happy with their own skin and body in general. I imagine it will always differ based on the individual and the specific situation, but overall it can absolutely be helpful and wonderful. Especially in helping a person feel better in their own skin which is always a wonderful, phenomenal thing.

When your body feels pain, your brain floods your body with dopamine and other brain chemicals to mask the pain. It can make you feel euphoria, makes you feel good and repeated dopamine hits can be addictive.

So many people in this video are talking about being disconnected from their bodies...
I think this has to do with the fact that we are now t just in touch with the world around us anymore, because we are distracted by tech and advertising and swept up with societal issues. No one just sits in the woods listening to the sounds of the forest anymore, and because of that we are truly not used to being aware of what's going on within our bodies and minds.
I mean, this is something I've struggled with for a while now, with derealization/depersonalization issues and have been working on this for years in therapy (things like grounding techniques and stuff), and I don't have tik tok so the only times I see this stuff are in compilations like this on UA-cam l, but I am noticing that maybe there's a connection there. Or rather a disconnection, from our bodies and the world around us. It's like we plug into a virtual world and disconnect from our bodies, and look where it's getting us...to a point where kids are so disconnected from their bodies that they are having identity crises, overcompensating by getting tons of piercings (which is totally fine if you want to do that, but it's not the only way to just connect with your body and the world around you), and generally just seeming to have no real direction in life, being pulled in the direction of the loudest crowd instead of taking some time to get away from everything and listen to what's going on inside and around you.

It's not possible for them to "feel like balls" because there's a hell of a lot more to having balls than there being some weight, which we don't actually ever feel. There's sensation there. The reason we have to adjust things sometimes is because it flesh and can get uncomfortable if they sitting in the wrong way or the skin is sticking. Same way and reason women adjust their boobs. Not only that but a large part of the male sexual urge comes from them. You'll never get that from just hanging some weights there. They'll never know what it's like having that little sack of flesh screaming at them to be emptied.
As for the whole gender affirming tats and piercings bs, their confusing the excitement and physical sensation of them being done and associating it with something it is. It's the massive problem we have with people wanting to believe something over what it actually is.

I think some might be experiencing gender dysphoria but I think most people mistake body dysmorphia as gender dysphoria. They can be similar especially when there's a disconnect with how you feel about your body. I know I am someone like that, I used to identify as "non-binary" because of my self-esteem and body image issues, but I also think my autism played a little role in that too - it's very common for autistic people to feel disconnected with our bodies...
I think a lot of these people are suffering and need proper mental health help with an actual therapist.
