I have visited this fantastic airfield over many many years as an enthusiast right back to the early 80s and can honestly say its one of the most welcoming airfields ive ever visited and that is a fair few and facillities to everyone is second to none, well worth a visit
I love this place. Andrew is great to chat with too! We’d like to retire here and sit on the deck watching the aircraft!

Please also be aware of the gliding clubs at Aston Down and Nympsfield - make sure you route clear of their winch launches overhead en-route to/from Oaksey and watch out for lots of glider traffic in the general area on those nice sunny days!

Oaksey's grass runway is fantastic… just saying :)
Still not open to visitors now lockdown easing. Better to support other airfields that are making an effort.
