I think the Grand Canyon trip is one of the highlights if you visit the USA in the direction of LA. There are several other places of interest nearby. You two children will never forget this trip but you never see everything because the canyon is so big that you come back again ⛰️🗻🌄
I live in South Wales, the southwest of the UK, and I'm the only one in my family who's never travelled to the USA. My mom and dad have been to visit the Grand Canyon and absolutely loved it there. They went for a few weeks in the year 2004 or 2005. I can't remember!! Since then both my parents have sadly passed away and now I live home alone. Anyway, after watching you walk along that Grand Canyon trail with your two boys it's made me really want to go sometime soon. I love the stunning views and scenery!! I bet your two boys really enjoyed exploring the Grand Canyon!! Thanks for uploading this wonderful video. God bless you on your anazing travels!! Wyn 😀 👍

Which is the reason I've decided to Subscribe to you, so that I can watch further videos of you exploring more wonderful parts of the world or your country with your amazing family. I'm looking forward to seeing more of God's wonderful world!! Thanks again. 🙏
I really appreciate being able to follow along with you on your adventures. At 72 I am able to see the beauty of God's creation through your family travels. Thank you for sharing your travels.
Soak this all in dad because your minds eye will be your best picture in the past when they are all grown up. Your adventures click on memories with my kuds when they were young. Have a great time.
Great memories. If you're ever heading East on 40, take a detour and head North to Tuba City then take the back roads to Gallup through Window Rock (a must stop) before continuing on the 40. Never Stop Exploring!
GCNP is one of my favorite places. I’ve been there 18 times and did rim-to-rim in 13 hours (10 hours hiking & 3 hours of breaks). A lot of people don’t know the canyon walls are cleaned once a year. With so many visitors each year trash, cellphones, hats etc. go over the edge and get stuck on the canyon walls. I was a volunteer for four years. Here’s an old video of the last cleanup I participated in. Great video, I’m glad you all saw an elk. You need to enter the lottery for Phantom Ranch. ua-cam.com/video/lRxB-wzsmQA/v-deo.htmlsi=jNiyY9A9ZSdICXFa
The comments on the Crater Lake video are turned off. I don't know if this was a mistake or UA-cam did it. Anyway, I just wanted to say that the relationship that you have with your sons is how every father/son relationship should be. But sadly it's not. I can't begin to tell you the mountain of trouble it caused me to have a workaholic father for a Dad. He simply didn't have time for me. As a young impressionable boy I thought it was my fault and that there must've been something wrong with me. He went to an early grave without telling me that he loved me. I couldn't grow as a person and go forward with my life until I forgave him, but I finally did. He's been dead many years now and I'm on the verge of retirement. What a tragic loss for both of us. At the end of all of this, I believe that I'm a better and stronger person. Life goes on. 🤷👍
We’re sorry you had this experience and such a troubled relationship. Hope you can find peace, comfort, and acceptance in the second half of your life.
Please like and comment! We want to hear from you!
this place is magnificent, I believe it is one of the most beautiful places created in our world!
I totally agree!

We would route ourselves through the Grand Canyon out to Tuba City from Williams (our basecamp when in the area).
Okay! Will do!
No hay ojos para contemplar esta maravilla,,,a alguien le pasa?,, que quisiera convertirse en aguila, y poder volar por ese paisaje?,,,,,,a mi si.

Oh, wow…yeah I never knew that. Thanks and going to give this a watch now!
That is really cool. I lived just a few miles from Zions NP for 8 years during the 90s. Before the crowds. I haven't been to an NP that I didn't like.
