Thanks for clearly demonstrating how to unite the pieces. The larger assembly of my own set was jammed and I hadn't wanted to lean on it harder to make it unscrew (as it seemed engineered to do) in case it broke. So you relieved me of that ta and also helped me twig to the interchangeability of the drill.

The whole point of the drill bit is that you do half on one side and half on the other side, since you see the hole made by the bit on the other side. That way the wood would not be burned.

You have to use sponge with water to protect the wood from burning

I have a set of theses and like said,drill half then flop and drill other half,if you try all the way on a 2x4 it heats up,burns wood and gets stuck,tried it to see and bingo it’s not made for straight through,half and half,lol

Only thin sheets of iron can be cut.
Mainly suitable for plastic, rubber and wood.

You are driving the drill speed to the maximum, use a slower speed on the drill and the wood wouldn't burn. If you use that speed using a using a hole-saw for metal on metal you will destroy even the costliest premium hole-saw available in the market . .

I have one of these knock off sets and literally the WORST hole saws ever. Cutting teeth, wait what cutting teeth??? These tools are literally stamp steel and the teeth aren’t even sharp as you can clearly see when cutting wood in the video. Being tho my set came as a gift, I have to now sharpen the whole set. Good thing I don’t use these tools that often lol
