I always double the amount of vegetables in my stir fry and reduce the amount of noodles to boost our vegetable intake. I do the same with my Fried Rice cooking. I used Stacey’s method of cooking the noodles the other day and we were both amazed at how much better it turned out over the method with lots of sauce. We could taste all the subtle flavors of the ingredients.

Why don't you mix the black pepper with the liquid ingredients? Tossing it in at the end is a pain to distribute evenly. BTW, you need better knife skills.

Ramen noodles are very inexpensive dry noodles. Just throw the overly salty and unhealthy seasoning pack in the trash.
