Jeeeez!…talk about faffing around! “Cook this, tip it out. Cook that, tip it out. Cook the other, tip it out”!?? lol. You either need a bigger pan or less ingredients, then you can cook everything together. Good amount of vegetable/sunflower oil in the pan, fry the aromatics, add the chicken, add the veg, and finally add the noodles. AND DON’T FORGET THE M.S.G.! Also, you should cut the meat across the grain. And another thing, when the noodles are cooked they should be rinsed with cold water. This stops them from continuing to cook, and helps reduce the starch on the noodles.

May I know why you've to cut the chicken along the grain? For beef, we have been taught to cut across the grain

I think the sauce is better without sesame oil to be more Chinese flavor.

It’s a type of cooking wine.
