John Gibbons is a registered Osteopath, Lecturer and Author and is discussing how to correct a posterior rotation of the Sacroiliac joint.
Some of these techniques can be taught but only to skilled therapists and you can learn them during the Spinal Manipulation and Mobilisation masterclass.
Bodymaster Method ® Courses are now ONLINE!
I’ve been calling these courses a culmination of my life’s work, and they really are and I’ve poured all my expertise into each of them - everything I’ve learnt as an osteopath, as a writer, and as a lecturer - to ensure that the quality of learning is no less than what you’ve come to expect from The Bodymaster.
And with my hand on my heart, I have to say that I truly believe the format and content are exceptional.
Many of my clinic-based Courses are now available to take ONLINE, and I’m working hard on the others.
All courses are fully accredited through the Sports Therapy organisation (STO) and count towards your Bodymaster Method ® Diploma. Each includes a full-colour PDF copy of my published book relating to the course, which I personally take you through chapter-by-chapter with accompanying HD video lectures and demonstrations.

Thank you for sharing this. Are there any self exercises for this and any strengthening ones to keep it from happening?
Ive seen about 10 PTs, they all said something different and none addressed the part where i said my right tail bone area (PSIS) is popping out. Right QL tight. Right lower gracilis tight by the vmo. Tight left TFL. Right leg feels shorter. Mostly feel it in the right QL and lower gracilis the worst.
They all said get custom insoles, strengthen your glutes, stretch. Did it all for years and no luck. Im younger, race bikes and lots of weight training. I believe it happened from riding too narrow of a saddle for 4 seasons and my right leg naturally hiked back to find the wider part.
