It's very irritating how Tom can't just shut up and listen, but constatantly has to spam the audio with unnecessary "uhm"s and "yes"s.

Automatically making the other non-speaking person's mic quieter would also improve the quality. When Tom speaks we really don't need to hear the crunchy sound of Jimmy eating.
