Another great video! I had been wondering if you had a GPS preference. I was using Garmins for a long time, mostly eTrex series since they last forever on AA batteries, but now I mostly use the Garmin Inreach Explorer+ since it does worldwide satellite texting. As I got more into off road adventures and longer rides (and hiking in mountains), I was always a bit afraid what happens if I have a diabetes incident and no one around. So I feel much better knowing I can always send messages or a direct line to Search and Rescue services. (Also fyi, your coupon code doesn't apply to Wahoo GPSs at CC)
I'm JUST entering the GPS space and have the same concerns you have. UA-cam knows me as a huge cyclists, but a few years back I was mainly into hiking. Running out of low supplies (carbohydrates for everyone else reading) is super scary and is one of many reasons that I almost always travel with someone else. One of the main reasons I want to use the Wahoo is to share more about local bike routes to get others inspired. About the code: good lesson for me to ask more from sponsors what is included in the exclusions. Maybe we can do a giveaway to make up for that :) Andy, hope we ride one day!! Also, from my research people prefered Wahoo because sending route information is WAY easier than Garmin. The filmmaker behind PAY OR DIE (Scott) and I went for a ride and found the Wahoo's app super handy for getting directions to a local coffee shop, back home, etc.
Who can leave the biggest WAHOOOOOOOOOO comment!?!?!! Where should we make the next $50 bike tour video?
WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! I loved being part of this. Have to do DC round 2 down the line.
You're the best Matt
WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO this is great. Can't wait to see more from this series. Let's do Harpers Ferry or Pittsburgh sometime!
YESSSSSSSSS. Have to figure out the game plan for 2021 so this can happen. Thoughts and opinions about winter biking? Winter hiking??
Love to visit america one day in my life :)
Beautiful erik i love it ❣
Thanks so much!! And I'd love to visit more of India one day. We'll welcome you with open arms over here
