A concern Architect here, Yes it requires a major renovation kapag nagpadalos dalos ka sa desisyon but if you hire a professional he/she will design based from your preferences wants, needs and para magkaroon ka na rin ng probable cost na gagastusin mo for the renovation. I suggest seek advice/ consult ka muna sa architect para makapag usap kayo regarding sa gusto mo and then si architect makipag collaborate sa mga allied professionals like engineers, interior designers para quality ang finish ng trabaho and at the same time satisfied ka as a homeowner kasi lifetime investment nyo yan 😁🏡

Hello. I’ve seen all of your designs and plans amazing! Could i please request for a house plan and design for a 153 sqm lot. With 5 bedrooms all located in second floor wherein the 2 rooms has their connecting toilet and bath for each. Only the master bedroom has its own master T&B? Also, could i request the living room connected with a lanai/garden and the kitchen connected with the dirt kitchen. I also want the kitchen with a huge and beautiful counter. Please also put small pantry please.
