When we get to Pinas, I plan to build a 6 x 10 with carport on the first floor. 2nd floor would be a 6 x 8 apartment with its own separate entrance. Are you located in Metro Manila sir? Lol! this will definitely fit in my lot with a bit of modification. Sliding doors in the master bedroom leading out to the back, removing the balcony upstairs to make a junior masters room with a toilet and bath. Question: can the stairs be made as señorita steps?
