    Based on your previous review, I now have the 10-paddle version of your 14-paddle unit. Love it! And milli-watt was clearly understood from your previous video. Yes, it's great to be accurate, but you're HUMAN, so people who are getting FREE HELP really should try to be a little more understanding if they are being un-kind... That said, I applaud your attempts to be as accurate as you can be, while still open to learning as you go. It's a JOURNEY of discovery, and we've all got room to grow. Thank you for your efforts and dedication to sharing your experiences, as there is NO "real-world" way to audit these overseas units before importing them, so getting the best info possible makes things easier to move forward.

    Love your videos. They are very helpful! I am thinking of getting one of the machines you recommend in the future. I have a few questions:
    1. With the laser Lipo, is it ok to do a different body part every day? Say I do stomach one day and then arms the next day and then thighs the day after and then stomach again since 3 days have past since I did that body part. Would that be safe ? Or do I have to wait 3 days to do any body part and just take a 3 day break altogether ?
    2. Should I do rf for skin tightening after the laser lipo?
    3. My current machine says an energy percentage for the intensity ? Should I do 90% or 100%?
    4. I do half an hour at a time. Is that too much ?
    Thanks so much 😊

    • @Beautyover50onabudget
      @Beautyover50onabudget  6 місяців тому +1

      I recommend doing one body part at a time. Your lymph system needs time to expel the drained fat. No more then every 72 hours, some people prefer once a week to detox. You can use RF after laser lipo it's a great add on treatment, but there again don't over treat. 30 minutes is a good treatment time, you can play with the intensity to see what gives you the best results. Give your body time to expel any drainage. Thanks for watching. :)

      I prefer cryolipolysis for larger areas of fat and it's permanent, it actually kills the fat cells. I like this for smaller areas and it's not permanent. It pokes holes in the fat cell and the fat cell drains. You can maintain your results, but it' not permanent. Thanks for watching. :)

    So someone please help me. What is tge difference between this and a regular red light therapy belt? Both have 160mw lights. Belts sometimes have more. Both can have same wavelengths, etc. Only belts can be 50-100$ instead of several hundred.

      Hello, thanks for watching my video. :) This can be very confusing. You are correct that they can be a lot less expensive and appear to do the same thing. When shopping for light therapy you always want to look for the milliwatt strength. 5mw is for skin tightening and 160mw is for fat loss. When I look at some of these belts the nano meter is listed but not the milliwatts. The nm is the length of the light wave. So, if they are selling an inexpensive belt chances are it's not 160mw. I would question the wattage strength before purchasing it.

    I can't get an straight a answer. Is there 100% percent surety that these machines will not cause cancer? Ive had melanoma in my arm, so there may be a genetic gene towards cancer in myself and family. I cannot get a straight answer before i purchase one.

      Hi Donna, the reason your not getting a straight answer is because, to my knowledge there is no studies or documentation regarding the subject. Here is a link to the National Library of Medicine, maybe you can find some information there.
