OMG thank you for sharing. I've been using the wrong type of gel for RF and I've been doing it AFTER fat cavitation. Are there any good RF and dual conducting gels on Amazon/Walmart/eBay? I did learn from a previous video to bind the area or use a waist trainer for at least 30 min after cavitation It has made so much difference! I see same day results in my abdomen now!🎉

I think your videos are great. However, ultrasound gel can absolutely be used with any cavitation probe and works well with radiofrequency. You will definitely get results.
@kellianne9809 it's my understanding that conductive gel is a substance designed to improve the electrical conductivity between two surfaces. It's not the surface of the skin that needs to be warmed up. It's the fat layer. The gel just keeps you from getting burned because the heat is intense.
Absolutely, that would be great. When you do cavitation or any other non-invasive fat reduction your lymph system needs to move and jogging definitely moves the lymph. Jogging also makes you sweat and that's an added bonus to detox. Thanks for watching. :)

Thanks for watching. :) 10-15 minutes depending on the area. If I have 160mW lipo pad then I would use it first, before cav/RF. If I have 5mW lipo pad I would use it last. 160mW=fat loss, 5mW=skin tightening.

They are a good pair. I would prefer doing cavitation before to really get the fat cell permeable and then follow with cryo. If doing after I would wait a week or two. :)
I recently bought an S Shape machine with stronger lipo pads and dual RF cavitation and the gel I ordered has been delayed in shipping for 2 weeks. Previous videos showed you using a gel commonly used with ultrasonic machines which I ordered. Now you are recommending a different kind of gel that works better with heat. Hello, thank you for watching my video. :) Yes, power does matter, but that's not to say your machine will not work for you. I have several machines with different frequencies and strengths. If you have smaller areas of fat give it a try. A good conductive medium and the heat, break and drain method should be used.
Please help: Do you need to achieve 42 degrees Celsius during body RF for skin tightening to be effective? My Ultrsound+RF body and RF+Vac body handles don't achieve anywhere near that even at highest power and low speed movement. Let’s say you want to do three treatment areas, the stomach, the thighs and the arms. If you do one treatment area every 72 hours should you stick with doing your stomach? Let’s say for eight sessions or should you do your stomach? Let’s sit on a Monday and your legs on a Thursday and your arms on the next Monday?

Hi Susan, I personally would use RF and vacuum therapy. RF can be used for skin tightening and fat loss. Vacuum therapy will work for lymph drainage which is crucial when doing body sculpting.

Plead let know how much total sessions do one need to see results? I was reading at least 10 sessions. And in case if so do 10 sessions with 3 days resting when can I go back and do treatments again when those 10 finished? Do I wait for couple month? 6 month?
Hi Cynthia, thanks for watching. :) This is an open ended question. HIEMT builds muscle which burns fat. Cavitation breaks down fat. If you are already fit and need some fat reduction then I would say cavitation. If your not fit and need to build some muscle then I would say HIEMT.

On my machine instructions why does it say to do stomach area in a circular motion from navel rather than up to chest and down to groin? Also to be clear no matter how large the area in total it should only be getting 3-5 mins of RF + UC so 10mins max total?
The dual conductor gel is not available on your link. Any other recommendations? I have the S shape so whatever conductors needed for cavitation and the suction.
The hot/cold hammer is an extra feature. You can use hot for product absorption, sore muscles etc. The cold side can be used for puffy eyes, after micro needling etc. It's a GREAT feature. Thanks for watching. :)

Hello, thanks for watching my video. :) You can however it will not give you the heat because it is water soluble and cooling. I would suggest getting glycerin for the RF, that will give you the heat your looking for. You can use the massage oil for the vacuum. :)
Depending on the area 5-15 minutes. Arms=5 min each wand per arm. Legs 10-15 min each per leg. Ab 15 min. Vacuum could be 5-10 min. Thanks for watching. :)
There are two very effective methods that professional body sculptors use. CVR that's what your are speaking of and HBD heat, break and drain. I have used both. I prefer the HBD method I get better results quicker with this method. Thanks for watching. :)

Hello. I am 62 years old and 9-1/2 years post menopausal. I lost almost 88 pounds. But my arms are the area that needs much attention and help. They have inches of swingy flabby skin both upper and forearms more so upper arms but forearms can use sure use some too. Then I can work on an area on lower abdomen with some flabby skin. Of course I will have to do thighs and glutes for cellulite problems. So my question is how much will this help with the upper arm fat that is now inches of swingy skin? Try to keep it honest and within your machine capacity for it to work. Thanks. Susan.

Hi Diana, 1mhz is RF, cavitation is measured in kilohertz. 30k cavitation is what I believe your talking about.

Hi Susan, I personally would use RF and vacuum therapy. RF can be used for skin tightening and fat loss. Vacuum therapy will work for lymph drainage which is crucial when doing body sculpting.

Hi Cynthia, thanks for watching. :) This is an open ended question. HIEMT builds muscle which burns fat. Cavitation breaks down fat. If you are already fit and need some fat reduction then I would say cavitation. If your not fit and need to build some muscle then I would say HIEMT.

In regards to working out before, I have always worked out before because I want the lymph moving and the heat, you can work out after absolutely work out after your treatments. You can also work out before then after go for a brisk walk it's completely up to you. Thanks for watching. :)
On my machine instructions why does it say to do stomach area in a circular motion from navel rather than up to chest and down to groin?
Also to be clear no matter how large the area in total it should only be getting 3-5 mins of RF + UC so 10mins max total?

Hello, thanks for watching my video. :) You can however it will not give you the heat because it is water soluble and cooling. I would suggest getting glycerin for the RF, that will give you the heat your looking for. You can use the massage oil for the vacuum. :)

Why does the RF and ultra sound sizzle when touching skin?
You might have too much conductive medium on. Radio frequency generates heat and the conductive medium is water based, that's why it will sizzle.
If starting out with 40k how long should each treatment be per 3 different wands
Depending on the area 5-15 minutes. Arms=5 min each wand per arm. Legs 10-15 min each per leg. Ab 15 min. Vacuum could be 5-10 min. Thanks for watching. :)

There are two very effective methods that professional body sculptors use. CVR that's what your are speaking of and HBD heat, break and drain. I have used both. I prefer the HBD method I get better results quicker with this method. Thanks for watching. :)

Hello. I am 62 years old and 9-1/2 years post menopausal. I lost almost 88 pounds. But my arms are the area that needs much attention and help. They have inches of swingy flabby skin both upper and forearms more so upper arms but forearms can use sure use some too. Then I can work on an area on lower abdomen with some flabby skin. Of course I will have to do thighs and glutes for cellulite problems. So my question is how much will this help with the upper arm fat that is now inches of swingy skin?
