Hello, thanks for watching my video. :) That's a great question. I'm using 80k because I don't have a lot of fat in my arm, if I did, I would certainly be using 30 or 40k. I do however have a small amount of fat and loose skin. 80k works great for small amounts of fat and cellulite. :)

Also, I was wondering if I only have 160mw lipo pads but want to use them for skin tightening at the end of the session before EMS will decreasing the intensity level on the machine = more skin tightening less fat reduction?

Hi Patty, thanks for watching my video. :) Mine is the 10in1, you can do both arms the same day. I prefer to do my treatments once a week, but you can do them as soon as every third day, always wait at least 72 hours between treatments. :)

Absolutely, that would be great. When you do cavitation or any other non-invasive fat reduction your lymph system needs to move and jogging definitely moves the lymph. Jogging also makes you sweat and that's an added bonus to detox. Thanks for watching. :)

Hi Andrea, If your working on more then one body part it's best to do them on the same day. Your lymph system is being strained because of the fat reduction, you need that 72 hours for it to expel the fluid. I also suggest if doing more then one body part to wait a week between treatments because of the excess fluid being released. Thanks for watching. :)

Hello, that is a great question. If the lipo is 160mW I use it first, if it's 5mW I use it last. The reason being 160mW creates holes in the fat cells, 5mW is for skin tightening only. Thanks for watching
