- I found a new way to eat goat milk yogurt! And it is so good! I want to share this new treat with you. And I give an update on how I'm using my goat milk now.
We have a lot of ways to use goat milk that will help make us healthier and happier because we're using up the milk and not wasting it!

I love that book! Fun fact I donated some of my goats milk last summer to make the baby formula recipe that’s in Nourishing Traditions to some friends that were testing that recipe. It was so delicious. Very rich with different oils and fats.
