  • Implementing a comprehensive biosecurity plan is an essential component of responsible goat farming. By incorporating controlled access, quarantine measures, sanitation practices, isolation protocols, proper nutrition, and diligent monitoring, farmers can significantly reduce the risk of diseases impacting their goat herd. A commitment to biosecurity not only safeguards the health and well-being of individual animals but also contributes to the overall sustainability and success of the farm.

Hi Delci, my daughter bought 3 pygmy goats last year and we have both learned so much from your fantastic videos....thankyou for making them and sharing your valuable knowledge of goat keeping! By the way, I've been to Montana, it's such a beautiful state! (I'm from the UK)

    Hello Delci,
It seems it’s always snowing in Montana
I was wondering how you make your peach jam (or if you buy it)
I have 2 loaded peach trees at the moment and would love to make jam

      We do have snow!
      And today it warmed up!
I make my peach jam…but not from my own loaded trees 😏 (I wish!!!)
I use Pomona’s pectin and a bit of honey or sugar. I use less pectin than they say so it’s doesn’t get as firm.
      Enjoy those peaches!!!
