Is logistics a stressful job? Is workload the same for AF civilian in logistics?
Logistics definitely has its moments. I would say the workload in the military will most likely pose more challenges versus AF civilian side.

When I went in the AF in 1986 they made you an A1C right out of basic if you signed the 6 year plan. Do they still do that? I was a 645XO (Pencil pusher supply guy, as opposed to the box kicker 645X1) worked in Demand Processing then the War Reddiness Spares Kits (The WRSK).

Can you get this job if you were a Unit Supply Specialist in the Army and transfer over? And would I have to retake the ASVAB again? And how high would you have to score on it?
