  • I've been in recruiting for over a decade and in that time I've read quite a few books. Another recruiter recently asked me for my book recommendations and I thought it may make for a good video.
I appreciate we're all busy so I have listed below the 9 books I recommend every recruiter should read. And if you want to hear why then sit back, relax and enjoy the video 😊
How to Win Friends and Influence People - Dale Carnegie
    SPIN selling - Neil Rackham
Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race - Reni Eddo-Lodge
Rework - David Heinemeier Hansson and Jason Fried
Nobody Wants to Read Your Sh*t - Steven Pressfield
    Work Rules! - Laszlo Bock
Talking to Strangers - Malcolm Gladwell
    Bullshit Jobs - David Graeber
    Headhunters - Jo Nesbø

Thanks Joe, great video, can't wait to read the books listed (Except Dale Carniege which I have already read and it was very helpful for me).
A book I just read that I would like to recommend (I'm not a recruiter) is "Talent" by Tyler Cowen and Daniel Gross.
