- Truck Mods! Installing projector headlights with switchback halo , led taillights, and other things. My 1994 Ford F150 gets something new along with a 1997 F250 HD that gets new Projector headlights with switchback halo lights, side marker lights and turn signal lights. My partner from OBS Revolution does an install on his 1997 F250 with these lights that he got form Tony Rojo who custom makes these lights and demonstrates how to install them. They are high quality, super bright and just downright awesome!

Thank you for this. I've been looking for something that looks original, but provides the brightness of LED, for forever. I have a project 95 Eddie Bauer Bronco, that these will definitely be going on.
They are pretty darn sharp. I know Phil loves his!
I do love them. They work so well. My other lights had very little difference between high beam & low beam. I got those little 3" pods in my bumper & they worked better. These lights are incredible. They're nice & white like the pods

I was thinking about getting a set of the aftermarket headlight mods for my truck that are on eBay. Glad I saw just how "good they are" before I wasted my time & money. Thanks much! I just installed the same LED's in the side markers and put in new incandescents in the turn/parking lamps, along with new bezels and a new grille. Also just installed the Anzo tail light Mods and put LED's in both the backup and brake/turn lamps. Very bright!
Good too for safety, as Iv'e had people "run-up" on me in the past!! Btw, Nice F-250!

Phil has a really nice F-250, and those lights look great. Would love to switch out my Hong Kong specials on my '94 for a set of these. Also, that's awesome you got that license plate Fox.

I ordered switchbacks not too long ago, but this cutting and splicing has me nervous. I was going to use blade type connectors for when I get my replacement core support too..
Ordered some lights for my 1995 bronco today. Can't wait to get them. I'll post a vid when Im done!

Dam ! I love your videos. I have (3) OBS trucks to play with, 91,96 and 97 7.3. I wanted to go to on the OBS Revolution site, but I can't. It seems I dumped FACEBOOK 3 years ago cause of the hacking and false information going on. When I quit FB they loaded all my personal information in GOOGLE cloud. Anyway, I'm subscribed and will follow the best I can.

I must have done something wrong during the install. The high beams don’t do anything. I made sure the wiring was correct when you plugged the white and brown wires into the housing. Any help would be great.
When I installed mine the high & low beams were reversed. There's a blue plug that controls that. There's two outside wires & I'd make sure you have power alternating with high & low beam activation. I had to switch those two outside prongs around to get mine to function correctly. Message Tony on Facebook if that doesn't work. He's really good at talking people through issues

the aeronose front clip is a direct swap onto the bricknose. then you can run the new style headlights. I did it for a buddy, it was a massive improvement
if for whatever reason you like the bricknose which itself is like -2 mpg then you'll have to deal with all the neolithic designs that go with it
@ ~16:00... I think that if I installed the ballast and the relay there, then when I went to put the battery back in, I would want some sort of barrier between the battery and those. Like maybe a piece of floor mat, or mud flap?
My brake light fuse keeps poping in my 93 f150 any sugestions on how that could be

Yes he does. They're the same lights as the trucks
The only difference between the 4x4 F-series and the Bronc is the bodywork, from back of the doors towards the tail end. All internal systems are identical.
The OEM headlights on these models are plenty stout when the lenses are fresh, I imagine this new stuff here would be a killer.

You can switch out the front end of your 78-91 with a the 92 -97 front end without any mods.
