I’d personally:
1. use unsalted stock instead of water
2. use less of it
3. fry the onion with some garlic in butter first
4. cook the flower in the butter before adding the milk to get rid of the flowery taste

I liked the idea of soup however I tried using the hand blender and it didn't make it into a paste. So I added everything in mixer and that saved my time. For the taste at the end I had to add Maggie cube and it tasted better. Nice recipe but had to make a few changes. Thank you.
