    Mate, I loved watching this as it reminds me of my journey through handstands, handstand push-ups and now human flags. Such a beautiful feeling of nailing it after months of training and thousands of attempts. And once you hit it, you move on to the next challenge and do it all over again. Congrats on hitting your goal and good luck with the rest of your calisthenics journey! (great track to place over the video too!)

      You should have a solid 1 minute handstand!

    • @sw_antoine
      @sw_antoine 3 роки тому +1

      @@antifragilemovement ok thank you, I will keep working towards that then, I also have 8 seconds tuck planche which might help but definitly need to improve hanstand

    Was it really all about getting the motor pattern right rather than strength at some point or is this bullshit claim?

    • @antifragilemovement
      @antifragilemovement  2 роки тому

      It is both Robi! Doing the pattern with straight arm requires strength in the pattern from support to handstand. Having strength is also relative concept: people cannot be strong in every position or movement...
