Hi there 👋🏼 READ THIS before throwing shade my way: This video was filmed PRIOR to the pandemic outbreak. I never would have gone if I knew what was about to unfold. I flew home only after three days and as soon as I found out just how bad it was getting (was scheduled to be there two weeks) and I just finished voluntary quarantine here at home in Seattle. Happy to report that I’ve had no symptoms. Please be kind and stay safe out there. I hope everyone will one day get to experience Japan when it’s safe to do so. Thanks for reading 🙏

love to see you take your dad with you when you travel... i thought i was the only one travelling with a parent, my mom is 79😊 we have postponed our trip, supposed to be flying to osaka march 28th changed it to june 17th.. now i know what food to look forward to when we get to osaka, thanks for the video.

@@simon.houseaccount4807 sad to hear that... i hope you and your girls patch things up... in the meantime enjoy travelling, it really uplifts your spirit, travel while you are still able to while your feet can still take you to places you wanna see.. my mom cant walk far she has venous insufficiency, i have a travel size wheelchair with me it's tiring going up and down the subway stairs if we cant find a lift, but seeing her having fun is worth it..

Next time please try unagi ; the grilled eel with rice. In Thailand there used to have the bun stuffed with coconut ice-cream. This is the classic ice-cream menu selled by the tricycle which is rarely seen today 🇹🇭.

We made it last weekend at my sisters and hits the spot every time. Grew up on it as military family living in Japan for 7 years in the 90s.
