In this video, I am making Homemade FRESH Fettuccine using my KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I will share next time how I made the pasta dough using the KitchenAid Stand Mixer.
Dough Ingredients:
3 cups flour
4 eggs
1 tbsp water (add a little more water if dough is not forming) - few drops at a time
1/2 tsp salt
Notes:
prepare additional (at least) 1/4 cup of floor for dusting the work surface
