I literally just found your channel thru the canon powershot 10 vid, im SOO GLAD you just posted this!! literally think im gonna go buy this GoPro today bc of you.. looking forward to more vlogs from u I already loveee your content!! :'))
this video was so helpful! I’ve been wanting to try something new since my first and only camera for vlogging is the Sony ZV-1F. I’m loving the wide angle on the GoPro 😍 Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
I’m so glad it helped! I also have a variation of the sony zv1f model and I find that there are some shortcomings with that camera that Go Pros make up for! Using them together is a game changer in the content you can capture in my opinion!
I use the ulanzi wide angle lens with my zv1m1 but it's not as wide as I'd prefer especially compared to the m2. Given that these cameras are in the $900-$1000+ range, I thought the go pro hero being $400-500 seemed like a budget camera that still performs optimally for its price point~ do you have any reccs for other wide angle lenses for the zv1m1?
Which one would you reccomend more, this camera or a canon v10?? also would i need an external microphone with them or is the one in the cameras good??
It really depends on what you use them for!! I am very picky with how video footage comes out so I prefer using my go pro because it's more steady but then there are times where I feel like it doesn't record in as good quality as the power shot (even though they can both film in 4k 30fps) - I don't use any external mics for these two cameras and with some editing at most, the audios seem to be pretty good!
@@hannahdaraa Thank you so much for the reply! I own a canon powershot sx740 hs but personally I don't like it that much because it looks warm toned and smoothed out so I'm thinking of getting a new camera for vlogging.
damn I'm so torn right now. I was really set on getting the dji osmo 3 but now I'm not sure cause this one's cheaper and more sturdy and considering I'm on a budget + I'm really clumsy and not good at taking care of my stuff the GoPro seems like a much better choice.
I was in the same position! The DJI is very fragile, my friend has one and although I'm sure he enjoys vlogging with it, I have heard that it must be handled with care. As someone who just throws her camera in her bag when I get shy filming, I needed one that could handle a little my clumsiness and light fumbling
this video was so helpful!! i feel like ive been researching for hours so i liked that it was concise and informative :] what i the storage like for this camera? is it easy to transfer footage to other devices and such?
I use a 256GB sd card so I don't have many complaints about the storage 😃 but it's SO EASY to transfer footage through the app. The camera doesn't even have to be near me, I can turn it on and connect to it from my phone and it's so convenient !!
It depends if you're in a crowded area + if you use a high quality editing software to edit the noise out. There is a media mod case for this go pro that you can get which can help enhance the audio a bit and allows for external mic attachments - I haven't used any external mic with any of my go pro footage in any of my vlogs so hopefully that can help you get an idea of how the sound is like??
Hey. A new viewer and a subscriber here💖 I'm just in my early 20's I have a lot of contents in my mind but don't have a camera 😂 but I just came up to your vlog and it helped me to gain a knowledge on this. As I'm too broke to afford a camera now., I'm manifesting to buy one before turning 22😊.. Include me in your prayers.. Also you're also there in my prayers 💖💖💖 new friend here💕💕
thank you for the sub!! to be honest, you don't need a big fancy camera to film ~ I still use my iphone time to time! sometimes its even better than my camera at certain moments. Best of luck to your content making era!
I once got a go pro long time ago and never got to really use it because their software or app? was so confusing to use like not user friendly for beginners so I just threw in a drawer and it’s been there for years now.
hi Isn't it true that the quality of videos or photos changes when uploaded to social media platforms? What other vlogs have you made using a GoPro ? Thank you.😊
I haven't noticed much issue with the quality of video when uploading to social platforms! Most of my vlogs have clips of go pro footage.. the only one I can think of right now is when I went to waterbomb in Korea (I needed a waterproof camera for the festival)!
I didn't find any issues! I have an adapter for my microSD cards so I simply plugged it into the adapter and then that into my computer and I was able to access all of the video footage! How were you exporting your footage?
Hiiii~ I would recommend CapCut if you're new-ish to editing! Its quite user friendly for simple editing but also allows for more advanced editing (once you get more familiar with it)!
I was on my way to buy a Sony ZV-1, until I came across your video. Thank you for changing my mind and saving a few bucks to boot!!
You're welcome! I'm so glad my video helped you make a decision. :)
1. Wide Angle
2. Stabilization
3. Small and Light
Concise with it I like it :)
Camera is helpful but content is king. Enjoy your time and have fun with it.

Coming soon!!:)

Unsure if i asked this before. Hows the mic quality for yoiribe videos and could you list the brand and model name
Hey! Was wondering what tripod you used for this camera? I'm set on purchasing.
use a wide angle converter filter with the zv1m1.
zv1m2 has a wide lens.
the gopro 12 black is not budget 😂

How about sound, do you use an external mix or just the internal mic on the gopro?
You can use an external mic with a purchase of a media mod, otherwise I've been using the internal mic far!
Very informative! Thanks for sharing🫶

Nice one.
Please can you share the link to get the camera
Thank you for this
are you filming your intro on the gopro?
some of the clips are, yes!
Dji osmo pocket 3 is also good
You're not wrong! Its definitely a good camera but I have some reservations about it is all~
@@hannahdaraa would you mind making a comparison of the dji cosmo pocket 3 and the go pro 12 in this vlog. ❤

Do you use Final Cut Pro or how do you blur specific things in videos? 💕
Yes! I use FCPX but if you don’t want to pay for it, you can also blur items frame by frame in an iPad app called In Shot! hope that helps 😊
I had a go pro a couple years ago and it was a nightmare getting the footage off the camera, do you have any issues with this?

great video, you rock
Hi, do you have any recommendations about which apps are easy for editing?

Can I shoot in 9:16 aspect ratio?
You'll have to hold it horizontally but yes you can!
