Now I leave my Sony ZV camera for home vlog😊 Canon for normal outing or shopping vlog😁 and DJI P3 would definitely be my companion wherever I travel😉🤪
I bought the V10, I struggle with technology and have cameras I’ve never used to their best potential because I don’t understand them. I was choosing between V10 and iPhone 15. I don’t need a new phone yet so went with the V10. All I did was charge it before 1st use then turned on and hit record. I love that the screen has a red border that seems to show when your recording, my eyes aren’t as good as they used to be so that’s super helpful for me. The feature I like over my other Canon cameras is I can record up to an hour doing away with the 1/2 hour time limit. As you say it’s easy for a child but also for an old lady with brain damage to get started right out of the box. I love it
I am going with the DJI Pocket 3 because the size seems more discreet. Would love the Sony ZV1 style but I film alot in public with people nearby. Even vloging on my phone people look at me.
I recently bought a Sony ZV-1 ii and I like It. Most of the reviews I’ve seen online for the mark ii version are from big content creators who received it from Sony for free just for review purposes so I haven’t actually been able to see legit reviews. I’m so happy to hear more about it here. I bought a DJI pocket 2 a couple of years ago. I like it but yes it is fragile. I broke it once while in Maui but thanks to DJI’s great customer service it was fixed and back in my hands within a week just in time for Christmas! I can only imagine the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 is even better. Both would be great options.
Sony ZV1 Mark II and Sony ZVE10 are both Sony Vlog cameras, but there are some differences between them. First, the ZV1 Mark II is a fixed-lens camera, while the ZVE10 is an interchangeable-lens camera. ZVE10 uses an APS-C sensor, while ZV1 Mark II uses a 1-inch sensor. APS-C sensors are larger than 1 inch and have better dynamic range and low-light performance. Another advantage is that you can have a shallower depth of field (background blur) in your photos and videos. ZVE10 also has faster autofocus performance, longer battery life, and a larger body that can accommodate more buttons for convenient operation. ZV1 Mark II is lighter and smaller, making it more portable. If you need higher image quality and more flexibility, then ZVE10 is the better choice. ZV1 Mark II is the better choice if you need a lighter camera.
I feel like there is a negative attachment when you pull your phone out to vlog! Most ppl don’t like that when going about and I feel like having a camera (Dji) will help with concealing and also getting that quality.
I started out with the Sony ZV1 (Mk1) and then picked up a DJI Pocket 2 second hand. I find I use the Pocket 2 80% of the time. Despite the fact that I lost the protective cover for the Pocket 2 8 months ago, I still haven't broken it yet. Recently added to my kit is the iPhone 15 which I use when I want the wide angle shot. I lost the wide angle lens for the pocket 2 when i dropped the cover, and I never used to put it on anyway. Each camera has it strengths. The ZV1 for low light and time lapse shots, DJI Pocket 2 for stabilisation and the bluetooth mic, the iPhone for instant access and wide angle shots without changing lenses. The Pocket 2 and iPhone also charge much more quickly than the ZV1. You will need lots of spare batteries with the ZV1. I don't like throwing stuff away, so I will wait until I finally destroy the Pocket 2, and then try and pick up a pocket 3 second hand. (Oh, and I also still use my 10 year old Sony RX100 VERSION 1 for still shots - it is indestructible.)
All these cameras have pros and cons. However, overall in terms of filming quality and price, I think Dji is unmatched. especially at low lights. But even in normal light conditions, especially with the latest update which makes 10-bit D-logM (wonderful!), 10-bit hlg and even normal 10bit color profiles available, all up to 4k 120p! I always love and learn from your videos❤..but if I may ask? Which of the cameras did you use to create this content? I’m obsessed with the Quality. And which of them would you recommend for content creation on beauty, fashion and TikTok shorts?
Okay question; I’m looking into vlogging and becoming a content creator, so my question is: what would be a good computer/laptop to invest in to edit and upload videos??
I bought myself a Nikon z30 camera earlier this year to start Vlogging. (Based upon your recommendation that it was the best vlogging camera for 2023) HOWEVER my problem is that when I watch back the video I LOOK HORRIBLE! It makes me look so ugly. BTW, I'm not ugly in real life, the camera is making me look bad. I can't upload videos like this on the internet. Instead I create videos on my cheap smartphone which makes me look way better. Does anyone know why a cheap smartphone makes you look better than an expensive mirrorless camera?
omg, I too looked hideous in my video but I was using an iPhone 13 to record the video. My Apple computer took a better video and the Apple MacBooks have horrible cameras. WTH (what the hell).. I, like you, am not ugly but my iPhone did me an injustice. I almost think my older iPhone 8 recorded better looking videos. I am at my wits end to find a decent recording devise that records what I actually look like. It's ridiculous ! I may invest in the DJI creator combo and hope for the best. Good luck to you.
Zv10 for me I think. I'm searching for my first camera. Yes I do own a gopro hero 10 black. I need that zooming capability ect. Thanks for your videos.
❓ I have a canon m50 & really looking to upgrade it this year. Trying to get the most bang for the buck & leaning towards the DJI since it has the gimbal & face tracking built in. The color grading is lacking, & really liked the color grading used on the DJI footage in this video. What are your tips on color grading for the DJI?
I love my DJI, but I dislike having to remove it from the case and shoving it back into the case. I’m afraid the gimbal will break. The camera/lens also turns outward when it’s in my bag and it worries me that the lens will get broken. I also LOVE taking pictures and want everything in one go. It takes a little more time to switch to the camera/picture mode with the DJI. I want to try a point-and-shoot camera next. I want the Sony, but it doesn’t have a built-in flash.
Either Dji pocket 3 or Iphone with gimbal! Don't get a camera from Canon and if you're going to get a sony get it if you're doing talking heads inside a studio on a tripod or prepare for earthquake shaky footage
Hello. I used to have a GoPRO hero 7 but got damaged. I used it to take pictures and record videos whenever I travelled. Not as an action camera for vlogging, but mostly for taking videos and photos. I edit them casually for my personal files. I consider action cameras because they are light and waterproof as opposed to a normal camera (my mobile is a very old one). Therefore, I am looking for a recommendation of an action camera for a non-adventurous traveler. I would really appreciate any input. So far, I think the most convenient would be DJI Action 4
Well they do say to make a new video if you feel like you can do better or have new info to add. Plus TM always does multiple video versions for each year

I’m curious what did you use for making this video ? Thanks brother !
I would love to know as well
For me it is obvious that DJi combo is the best. Unfortunately I can't afford to buy it right now ❤
Thank you! This is very helpful! 🙏
Thank you very helpful I was looking for travel vlogging camera and landed on your page.
I love dji❤
I am loving the camera you are using for this video. May we know the type??
It's the dji
What was 0:00-0:05 shot with? The color doesn't look like sony at all. Is it Canon?
Which camera would you recommend for making vlogs around running content + every day life?
Either Dji pocket 3 or Iphone with gimbal! Don't get a camera from Canon and if you're going to get a sony get it if you're doing talking heads inside a studio on a tripod or prepare for earthquake shaky footage
Wow this video was so helpful 😍 Thank you so much🙌🏼
What’s the best first person pov camera for UA-cam?
Great video! Tell me more about that black shirt at 9:56. Where did you get it from?
Hi what do you edit with
What do you think about the Sony FDR X-3000?
Man I gotta admit lol think media are the kings of recycling video ideas
Well they do say to make a new video if you feel like you can do better or have new info to add. Plus TM always does multiple video versions for each year
@@ChattieCathie oh I agree. I’m just saying no they’re soooo good at it to make it feel like a new video every time
@@SkiiMedia They do.
Can you recommend a gimbal that would fit the V10?
Great video. I have a question: Will DJI Osmo a good fit if I need both vlogging, cinematic cut, still videos and b-roll?
