- In this video I am sharing my complete craft room organization (again!). After living with the space (and thinking about some of your suggestions) I decided to completely change up my desk space and reorganize my craft supplies. And oh man, do I love it now! I have so much more room to work on projects and everything is still within reach. I have actually created more space and functionality! Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel! It’s so refreshing to see a small craft room that is a reality for most people, or can be a reality for most people.
You see these crafters on UA-cam and they spend so much money! Their crafting spaces are beautiful with their perfect cabinetry and all of their product, but I would have to take out a second mortgage on my home to have a craft room like theirs. That’s just not a reality for the majority of us.
I love your room because it’s a perfect crafting space for a normal person. It reflects something obtainable and pretty and perfect for most of us. I absolutely love your creativity space! It’s beautiful! 😍

I have come to realize that I enjoy sourcing & collecting supplies. Then continual cycle of sporting, arranging, organizing , rinse & repeat.
Oh I’m definitely guilty of that! Finding pretty things is just too much fun!
That seems to be my favorite hobby as well!😂

Looks great! Keep an eye on your colored card stock. Mine started getting sun bleached on the edges, so I had to move it to an enclosed place. ❤️😊

That’s what I do too, organize how I think it’ll work, live with for awhile then reorganize , adjusting…. It’s a ever changing process really…

Several years ago I moved my craft room from a small bedroom to a larger one. Last month I just moved it back. I realized I missed the two south facing windows and the cozy vibe of the little room so I was willing to get rid of some stuff. It took me two weeks to make the switch but I also painted both rooms.
That’s great! I love having a small cozy space. Sometimes I wish I had a bit more surface area, but as of now I have all the space I need.
So true! When I re-organize it always motivates me to spend time crafting!
I think because we see things we forgot about! lol
I'll be moving to a new house soon and I'm getting a pretty small space, but bigger than the tiny corner I have now in my bedroom. I am loving this video for inspiration thank you for sharing!

It's great. I laid my kallax on it's side, and raised it on legs and it's a great standing height for me. I put drawers in and it's my mini craft corner in the study. I love it.
That's a great idea! I'd love to someday have an island in my craft space and this would be a perfect idea for that!

Oh my gosh, the box for the cat. I have one cat but three boxes like that. One in the dinning room in front of the patio door, one in my bedroom, one in the spare room where I craft. 😂😂. You can take a bar of soap and rub the rails for your drawers to slide better. That trick works great for zippers too!

Love the way you oganised, it looks a lot more spacious. You given me so much inspiration,I'm redecorating and organising my craft room in march, so I'm looking for loads of inspiration,plus I've lost my mojo a little so, like you said reorganizing probably will give me my mojo back. Just found your channel - I like sharing organizing things! A friend turned me onto 2 things:
"Pantry cabinets" make great craft organizer and second is a online store called "Best Craft Organizer" they have great inserts for your cubicles (cheap but well made)! Hobby Lobby and Micheals have binders with large pockets that can hold 4x6 stamps also look on "paper wishes" for other containers. Happy organizing! I find organizing stimulates the brain cells!

Hi! I have the Selphy CP1300. I get my paper and refills from Amazon.
A squirt of WD 40 will help those drawers glide smoother. Just don’t let it drip on your carpet!

Priority 1 items are most used and should be at hand reach. Priority 2 second most often used, may have to stretch or lean to grab. Priority 3 get up and move 😅
Yes, this is a good rule of thumb! Some of my less used stuff has to be lower just based on size and the storage pieces I’m using, but everything here is mostly within arms reach.

Yes, I had to speed the clips up otherwise the video would’ve been very long. I made sure to explain my process as best as possible. You can also see my craft room must haves video that goes in a bit more detail.

I totally understand that! That’s was a hard thing for me, but I still have SO much desk space so it ended up being ok!
