This song is writing by Luu Huu Phuoc and two other musicians. And Luu Huu Phuoc also wrote the "tieng goi thanh nien" in the years 1939 and that song was been stolen by the republic of viet nam. And the thirty cali change that name to "tieng goi cong dan"

Explain : Vietnam is now a different country than the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam). After Vietnam was completely liberated (April 30, 1975), they had 2 different governments in 2 regions. Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam) & Republic of South Vietnam (Liberation Army). In 1976, they held a general election and agreed to form a new Government, called the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Basically, the new government's policies are similar to the previous North Vietnam, causing misunderstandings.
