I’ve noticed Britney rarely wears or has any high end luxury fashion labels, in fact the time she did buy a Gucci dog harness she made a comment about never buying Gucci or anything like that. It seems like she felt guilty or wrong for doing so …… I think they controlled her money so tight and would criticise her if she wanted something expensive.

Something I've never heard a single person bring up is the fact Britney was a minor when she came out, they mention that part, but not what it means. Britney couldn't legally agree or sign on to these things without one of her parents approval. She got so much heat for being 'sexualized' yet she wasn't old enough to consent for it. Her parents had to. Yet, they stayed silent and let Britney take on the backlash while they took on her money.

Yes there is, but the probate court is the one that helped imprison B accepting the claims that she had dementia without a doctor's certification and then in the end ending the cship by saying it was VOLUNTARY when it definitely was NOT. So they are apparently corrupted and have an interest in NOT holding people accountable as they would likely be found culpable as well. There is also lots of speculation that the people around Britney are still preventing her from getting justice as they have let statute of limitations run out on many things that team con could've been charged with.
Why are ANY major agencies, attorney generals, etc. NOT helping someone that was literally HUMAN TRAFFICKED AND CAN BE CONFIRMED OPENLY IN COURT DOCUMENTS and unequivocally had HUNDREDS of millions of dollars stolen from her while she was drugged and forced to work. WHY ?? If this happened to one of the most famous people in the world and the marketing campaign to make her seem 'crazy' is working, what is to prevent them from taking away YOUR or MY rights? If they allow this for the biggest pop star, no wonder children are openly being trafficked, courts are corrupt and millions are in conservatorships (and growing!) ....spread awareness that this issue affects us all. As a non American, it’s very difficult to believe that what has been done to Brittany is actually legal! It’s beyond wrong that this was ever even considered, especially by court judges. It’s cruel, evil and absurd.
As an American, I'm shocked they pulled all this off with a worldwide super star. The fact this shit goes so deep to keep a single woman making money with no right to the money she makes. The way I see them, they are just slaves for the Governments. They only "FREE" if they made enough money for Tax & have some left for themselves. If they don't make enough Tax... They lost everything. How is that not a slave?
In my country, you own what you own. We have tax for housing & street & city fund which is roughly $10 to $500 per household depends on scale of your house & region you live in.
And if you can't pay Tax, no one will do anything to you... unless you plan to sell the house to which you will suffered a small fine that added up yearly to what you can't pay. But tax for small household is just $10 and for my house just $40. So everyone pay.
For City Funds & Street, it's like $20 per 6 mth where you buy a stamp and put in on your car, to show that you've paid City & Street Tax. That's it.
Business Tax is 7%-10% on all scale of business but if you're own a small store, like donuts & coffee house or something, they won't even tax you.

I also wonder if Kevin was a plant from the begining as he got her emotionally hooked to the point she couldn't see red flags with him and then was brutal towards her once she was knocked up because there was no humanity in how he treated her in the book, it was very extreme. I've had alot of famous friends. There are circles within circles of different communities.. Anyway.
One, she was such a good friend. And then in a years time she got huge, and the bigger she got, more well known, sought out, the more yes men she got into her life. All of a sudden, those of us closer to her were shut out and cut off. Even her own sisters and mother. I tried talking since into her, so I told her mom. I told her who what when where why. Several months later, after I lost my friend, her mother did an interview about the yes men and that her attempt to communicate with her own daughter. Ff to her first loss and suddenly, she remembered all of her friends she became too good for. I don't know about anyone else, but I said I forgive you but we'll never be as close as we were. I quit talking to her. In britneys case, she didn't have that. Anyone with concerns was immediately removed, and her whole family was in on it. It's so sad. And poor britney may never ever have a group that's actually meaningful because she'll never be able to trust anybody on an intimate level as she deserves.

That loss of trusted connections probably left her vulnerable to get taken advantage countless times before and even after the conservatorship. Britney was set up to fail from the very beginning because she was never actually in control of her own life from a young age. I'm sure when the conservatorship first started and cause her family was involved, it probably didn't seem that crazy to Britney. The difference is Loucifer wanted what she wanted and wasn't going to stop until she got all the money. I'm reading Britney's book right now and it's a literal horror story. Everyone around her took advantage of her and abused her and they should all be in prison, including Lou Taylor! I still don't understand how that conservatorship was legal and allowed to continue for 13 years! No matter how many times I read or watch videos trying to explain it, I don't understand it. Conservatorships should only be for people who literally cannot take care of themselves due to extreme mental health or physical health issues. Talent agencies and other Hollywood companies should not be able to put conservatorships on people in any way shape or form. It's clearly being abused by greedy people who want to control artists. It's so sick!

Well you also got to understand when the label is having them sign their contract it gives them POA. Also the death clause if the artist passes away that everything will go back to the record label. There are more big issues I see not being reported or talked about. 1) she's still in a care plan, after her conservatorship ended she was immediately placed in a care plan. How does the care plan differ from her conservatorship and can she end the plan when she wants? 2) Who is in control of her Instagram and social media accounts? Last I heard it was crowdsurf, are they still making her posts for her? How much control or input does she have in her posts?

While i understand there are so many issues that may be less important, why aren't politicians taking advantage of this? Fyi, multitasking is a thing lol. I say this because usually politicians pick issues like this to show actions that the public hold as popular.

I knew the cship didn't just start overnight, it was planned and i have a feeling it was probably around the time her and kfed got divorced, once he was out of the pic they pressed GO on the cship plan, bc now kevin would have no rights to be her conservator or even help her fight it (not that i think he would have, especially after reading the book).

I watched this earlier but I wanted to get some shopping in. You noted that the conservatorship was in the works back in 2005. It seems Britney was trying to avert conservatorship back in 2004 when she created the SJB Trust and put everything in it.
She apparently was not aggressive enough in blocking it as it happened. It still bothers me that it happened at all. Why something not done about thie Holland and Knight law firm. Tom Geradi stole his clients settlement as did Murdaugh and they talk a lot about them. Holland and Knight committed crimes against humanity with that Britney conservatorship. Why doesn't the bar get after them?

I hope that after everything that Britney's been through that she can get real help from people who aren't abusive assholes. That is if she's even 100% free, and personally I don't feel she is, but what do I know. It'd be great if Bj could become Britney's lawyer, that way she could have at least one person that would do right by her. To me the case of Britney Spears is the perfect example of the world we live in. Some call it patriarchy, some call it old world and some call it business. It was normal and still is in many parts of the world sadly, that women are made to believe they are small, they have to fit it and they don’t have a right to say no. It’s heartbreaking for me to see that Britney Spears was stripped off of any decision making within the brand and or company/-ies carrying her own name. It seems to me from your excellent research @bjinvestigates that she and the story of the abuse she went through could be a turning point in the patriarchy and within women’s rights and female empowerment. Britney is so intelligent, clever, hard working and calm from what can be obtained from research, statements, interviews and videos (/all sources available). In the minute where she wanted to get the control over her own schedule, business development and money she was belittled and not allowed to have a say. She seems to have been silenced in order for other people (not limited but also including men) who’s job was to sell her since a very young age. Even underage and this men purposely made her a sex symbol and silently
admired her for her looks, character and strength but didn’t have the guts to admit it and instead made her feel like she’s stupid and wrong. I haven’t checked the definition of slavery but it appears to me there could be some parallels. She was only allowed to perform and function. She was sexualized , objectified and humiliated (for what they decided in their strategies even) from press and Media but the ppl living off her performances and strengths who were responsible for many decision but didn’t have the balls or morals to stand behind her and back her when their very own strategies failed and the public eye didn’t like it. It’s beyond my understanding how we are still living in a world where this happens on a daily basis. In the hidden of small offices where women are not allowed to say anything they know just bc it’ll make someone feel criticized who is higher in rank up to Media relevant public personas. I understand we live in a man’s world but can this women who enriched the life of millions of ppl financially and on an entertainment level just get her peace ? We don’t have to change the entire world tmrw but at least I hope it’s possible that she can get her freedom and peace. It’s disturbing at this point to me to watch how structures from 50 years ago ruin (in this case) a womens life.
