100%! She's not mentally ill. She's been through hell and paid for that hell, and everyone else while they sat enjoying heaven. These "therapists" want this to continue to keep making money as well, and not potentially get sued for unethical behavior. Drugging her with lithium. Really? I can't imagine all the drugs they've made her take over the years, and she took them just so they would allow her to see her kids. Supervised visits years ago while her ex had no supervision as he continued to be a big tool and live off her and make more babies.

People need to look deep into her case to make sure she wasn’t also sexually abused. Also Society made the head shaving bigger then it was because they put a woman’s looks above everything else.

Even if she were mentally ill and not able to handle her money herself (which I don't think), even if she made horrible business decisions without the conservatorship - she would probably still have more money left than she has now. The conversatorship should have prevented that and instead she lost her money anyway. Not to mention all the psychological harm they did to her. I fell like britney is the only sane person in this mess.

Listening to people that were in court today, it really sounds like he is truly working for Britney. He stood up for her and her estate many times, called out the other lawyers on their excessive spending, and told the judge he was appalled at how everyone had been doing this for 13 years without ever thinking of the best interest of Britney.
I bet Britney Spears will win this battle 100%! Because that is her money! And they should let her meet with her children wtf!!

Her father Jamie Spears who has financial conservatorship & who ever has physical conservatorship who is pushing meds & forced IUD to prevent her from being in control of her basic human rights, should be fined for abuse. Britney Spears has been an international mega star for more than 20-25 years, why do I keep hearing her estate is worth only around $60-$65 million dollars??!? Sounds like her dad has some serious explaining to do about how he's handled her finances for the last 13 years.

I feel awful for Britney Spears that she is having to go through this however, from a spiritual point of view money is the root of all evils. Also, living a sinful life and being a stumbling block for so many young men and women. Think about it as if her situation is Karma. Whatever you put out in the world that's exactly what you will get back, no days of peace, division, and much loneliness.
It's not completely her fault that she was introduced to the music industry but she had the opportunity as an adult to also say no. The music that many of these so called "artist" are putting out here are slowly but throughly degrading our society. The over-sexualization of music video's. The words of encouragement to have sex, to rebel, to take revenge, to kill, to do drugs, to sell yourself short, to enjoy momentary pleasures...I mean what do you expect? For God to applaud this. Lesson of the story: becareful with your life choices because if you live according to the worlds standards or your own standards there is a price to pay. God has said to do His will and that He will prosper you in all the areas. Jodi Montgomery is a new conservator that the judge appointed in 2019. She is the one who petitioned the court for a guardian ad litem to be appointed to serve in Britney's best interest - this removes her and anyone else from being able to control Britney's choice of lawyers, etc. Only the court could decide who that is - and they wouldn't get paid by Britney's estate. They are state employees. It's all in the court documents of the motion filed by Jodi. :)

I just came home from the pharmacy and I had to pay $450 for one prescription. Now all my prescriptions for one month accosting me $700 a month. Next week there a much is going on across the country Medicaid for all. Can people start looking at this. Every day Americans are suffering.
The legal system is broken. These lawyers are all charging $500-$1000/hour so of course they want to drag this out for as long as possible. There is NO reason any lawyer should be charging that much.

Is strange at this point of Brittany's life, that she needs a guardian to watch over her financial affairs.
It's understandable that people go through mental breakdowns. But to have the parent manage the financial affairs of their child that is capable of supporting themselves seems strange. There's probably more to this that someone does not want to let go.
