Love the dollar tree!! ;) Thanks for the tips on the epoxy's as well. I have Amazing clear cast and appreciate your advice that this is good for beginners. I'm ordering DIY to see which one works better.
P.S. Any tips on first-timers and their jitters? I have four specific tumblers to make by Christmas... and my goal after making the four is to attempt your gorgeous Holy Night!

These videos are so helpful. I know you mentioned you didn’t want to go into detail about printers, vinyl, etc, but would you be willing to share which printer it is you use? Your waterslides turn out so vibrant and beautiful. ❤️
thank you! I use a canon pixma mx922 - it's a couple years old so whatever new canon pixma that is out would be great. i use generic ink in there also and it's been a great tool for me for a long time now.

Regarding the turner cup, is the rpm number important?
How much should it be 3-4, which is slow or 5-6 faster? which one you recommend, thank you 😊
I think mine is 2/3 but I wouldn’t mind 5/6 either. Slower is good for marbling and stuff but 5/6 is good for alcohol ink work

Yes you can! You’d want to prep by sanding and cleaning first but those will work

How do you reuse your sanding blocks? Just blow out with air hose or?
You're so awesome and thank you for this video! I've been watching your videos for about a week now. Just curious if I missed it here or not but did you go over different vinyls and stickers etc? I'd love to know if I could use htv vinyl on my cups and random stickers I find, are they ok? I don't know anything about printable vinyl so if you didn't mention those things maybe you could add a short paragraph to your description or even a whole video on them! Lol. Like you have tons of time in your life I know. Anyway, I'm a new follower and subscriber and a follower of Christ so I'm really happy I found you!
Hey there! I'm glad you're here. We have links to the specific vinyls and stuff we use for decals, I didn't go over that in this video. But if you look at the description box in some of my other videos you'll see what and how we use it on the cups :-) thank you so much!

Then there's the expense of shipping on top of all of these things not to mention inks and glitters. I cant imagine making any money on tumblers, then there's payment apps that are going to start being monitored for taxes.
There is definitely an initial investment necessary for materials but once you have what you need, it will pay off over time and you can profit nicely. Shipping is paid by the customer and its not necessary to rely on a selling platform for your business.

Great video... just what I need to get started... Where do you get your white shelves behind you to organize your glitter and where do you get your glitter bottles from? I'm assuming you purchase packets of glitter and pour into the bottles... Thank you...

When using the condiment containers for epoxy, do the tips need to be covered or can be left open? Will the air do anything to the epoxy?
I leave them open just like that! i use the epoxy so quickly it won't be effected by the air exposure at all.

Could you share what you use to hold the cup when pouring glitter on to it at an angle? Your tumbler is very solidly attached to your wand when applying the ombre glitter finish (you are tilting a lot, even upside down), and I'd like to do the same so my tumbler doesn't slide off. Thanks. Love your easy to follow videos by the way.

Question- after you transfer your Part A and Part B to the condiment bottles, do you need to keep the top covered? Is it ok to keep the tip unsealed? I would imagine after cutting it, the original cap won't fit.
You can totally keep it unsealed :-) mine stay open like that

Hello! I know I’m like 2 years behind on you making this video, but for your turner from the Boan did you get the magnetic arm or the pvc?
I have pvc because i have had my bomas from the start, but the magnetic are excellent as well. Its all a matter of preference. You can't go wrong.

After you put your epoxy in the squeeze bottle and cut tip off what do you put over the tip so the epoxy doesn’t dry out?
It doesn’t dry out.
Do you only use this product on the stainless still tumbler are can it be used on the ones that have color as well?
like plastic or acrylic? You can put it on any kind of tumbler that is sturdy with no flex to it.

Can you do a video of how to prevent the epoxy separating as it is setting? I've been making some tumblers and for some reason my epoxy keeps separating as if it was water mixed with oil. IT IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!! I already tried mixing more epoxy because I read somewhere that maybe I was using too little epoxy. Could it be my turner is spinning too fast or maybe not leveled?
it's hard to tell. that usually means there's something on the cup that the epoxy is reacting to. there's a lot of variables that can cause it. humidity, temp of the room, ketones from paint, rubbing alcohol, dust, oils on your hands left on the cup

Yes, many crafts are pricey when you're getting started because you need it all. Good thing is, most of the supplies you use over and over so you get your money's worth.
What kind of acetone should I use? Is hardware acetone like regular nail polish remover acetone?
I would use acetone from the hardware store.
Hey! I'm just starting out. I used some Art Resin brand epoxy on a different project and was wondering if it worked well on tumblers. Have you used that before? Does it work when you go to cover up spray paint, waterslide paper, or glitter?
I haven't used that brand. I have curated my own brand of epoxy, which is linked in my description box.

Hello, do you have a video about epoxy safety? I’m just now starting and trying to find a good video of epoxy safety. I started on one of my extra bedrooms and I wear PPE but I’m wondering where else I can do it? My space is kind of limited.
I don’t have a solid video on that no, basically you just need fresh air coming in and bad air going out (good ventilation) and wear your respirator with an organic vapor filter and you’ll be ok. Ideally I’d do it in a room that’s not in the house like a garage

Do you have a recommendation for an alternative to spray painting for someone who doesn't have anywhere to spray paint? I live in an HOA neighborhood and my boyfriend doesn't want me to use the garage 😅
you could get like a spray tan pop up tent thing and do it in there on your back patio or something.
Try acrylic paint with an elf makeup brush from Dollar Tree gives a nice smooth finish. Be sure to use thin even layers as needed.
I purchased the final sand product .from Amazon and it was like white water. Did I order the wrong one? It made a mess on my craft table.....
There are fake sellers on amazon. That is not the true final sand. You want to order direct from the owner.
Can you do a tutorial on vinyl and stickers?
I’ve got a lot of videos on my channel that will help you with decals but there’s also a ton of Cricut cutting tutorials already on UA-cam that I think you’ll really find helpful. ☺️
