Now the time has come that we take you to the sample apartments.
The Sample apartment that I am going to show you is 1620 sq ft which has a large terrace right next to living area. The focus to customer delight starts right from the entrance of the condo, there’s smart lock on the main door which is generally not provided by developers in this segment. Now moving moving on from the foyer , we have a large living and dinning area on the right hand side and on the left side we have the guest room with washroom. With the drawing and dinning we have a fully loaded kitchen.

Good video. However, I went to visit this one today but was disappointed with the size of the 3 Bhk flats. The rooms are tiny and the living room area is pretty small :( Location too is an issue.
Yes the 1490 sq ft is a little compact as they have created a full 3bhk, wherein usually in this area and size you can achieve 2.5 bhk

What about the hazardous effects of cement factory near Mountville?
We believe there's no cement factory near the complex, yes there's concrete mixing plant which is about 700-800 mtrs away in radius, and the mixing is done in a closed environment, can you elaborate how a mixing plant can be harmful? Would love to address the issue

Yes they are not too big we agree, but if you will visit the property physically then you will understand that they have utilized every inch of the area , as it is very difficult to give 3 bhk in this price range and size with all the luxury ameneties and fitings and fixtures.

Yes the kitchen is slightly compact but usually in this size , it's difficult to make 3bhk with 3 Toilets, in this size usually developers make 2 or 2.5 bhk. That's why it had taken a bit of toll on the kitchen

MAPSKO MOUNT VILLE is not at all a good place to live i as a resident of MAPSKO MOUNT VILLE I feel regret I went wrong in choosing this property. As locals are too dominating we dont feel safe for an example a local goon from nearby village takes 50k from car cleaners forcefully and its in the notice of RWA, SECURITY, and builder but all of them are helpless therefore it think twice before visiting sector 79 snatching , assaults are very common over here. Pathetic place
