Spending 1.6 crore just because you want to have an apartment in middle of village does not really make sense at all. Rather, location on opposite end of it; that is sector 86 which is being termed as New Gurgaon is far better than it.

I have some points i would like to communicate with you guys for improving Channel quality.
1. Try referring to some good UA-camrs like Enes Yilmazer, Ryan Serhant to see how you can story tell differently.
2. Sample good music through NCS UA-cam Channel. Your music should match with the tone of your Host.
3. Invest on camera and lenses, go for 50mm for close up movie like shots, and wide angle to shoot while presenting.
4. Try increasing your upload resolution and Fps. 2k 60 is good for that.
I will keep posting more suggestions as I see fit.
