All was good till i decided to visit the property location. It is atleast 3 km from the main highway and approach road is narrow and passes through small villages. All in all did not get any feeling of developed locality.
That's why it's cost less than 1cr

My boyfriend is buying this property 24th floor in bulding-D but his family is not happy to leave delhi.
No Delhiite is . Gurgaon in general is alluring because the construction is new & you are getting spaces with amenities which old school Delhi homes won’t give anymore. Also the amenities in the societies make it very appealing for socialising ( post the pandemic). There is hardly anything to do in a Delhi society & neighbors are usually involved in feuds!!
Having said that it feels so weird to think about living in Gurgaon ( especially New Gurgaon) which is close to Manesar as it is still surrounded by villages, broken roads , swathes of lonely roads & other accessibility issues.
In Delhi you could just walk to your nearby salon or a starbucks & have everything delivered to your home. Really concerned about that aspect in Gurgaon.

The quality of construction of mapsiko builder is not good. I was in mapsiko paradise sector 82 for almost 6 months , and the experience was not good. For accessing the gym area they asked us to pay more.
