I remember when I first 100% Super Metroid. I hat 45 Super Bombs and none of the enemies were dropping them and i thought "Well shit I forgot one somewhere" Then I kill Ridley and he drops one. Now I'm at 46. The enemies planned this out.
Such a well put together video guide thanks to you guys I've got all super missiles I'm missing like five missile tanks and one power bomb tank also I've tracked down my extra energy tanks and I've still gotta kill Ridley to get the last energy tank
2:06 Nothing to do with the bombs, but can I just say that I HATE Maridia? Well, more specifically, that bit at the bottom with the quicksand? Annoying to get out of before you add those bug enemies!
I agree it’s an absolute pain to deal with. It took me easily 30 minutes in total everytime I’ve had to deal with it trying to track down a few missing items
Wall jump is such a pain in the butt, im stuck on Power Bomb #6 And I remember last time I did a playthrough of this how annoying this part was to get up the straight up and down corridor where those 3 green guys are I cant for the life of me wall jump and I dont have the Screw Attack yet. Wish they just made this a Shinespark area instead
It's just a matter of sticking to the wall, double pressing down quickly while you're above the opening and holding right. If you keep falling take a break, that always helps me when I'm stuck at a difficult jump or boss or whatever
I find it much easier to go there by going all the way to the left, then sprint to the right side, jump and then morph to a ball as soon as samus hits the wall, the momentum from the sprint will make samus fall slower, giving more time to morph and stick right
then just grab another powerbomb as your first like for example in the second to last room before the grappling beam you can do a really precise jump and wall jump to get the powerbomb that your supposed to require the grappling beam to get
You need the Spring Ball. He doesn't really show it well, but you have to get in that area with the Morph Ball, then hold down jump as you go right. There'll be pitfalls along the way with auto-collapsing floors. With the Spring Ball, you can just hold down the jump button and Samus will jump off of them in time, otherwise you'll drop down and need to retry. I don't think there's a way to get back there without the Spring Ball.
If you have Grapple Beam, use it on the floating enemy above and swing on the other side where the Power Bomb Door is. If you have Ice Beam, you can freeze the spawning red flying enemies and use the top one as a platform to jump onto the other side.
I love how challenging this game is

I just spent ages on your missile and super missile vids cleaning up, I come here and find I already have all the power bombs :D
Just needed a visual aid to learn to shinespark to get the one in Crateria. Thanks.
You can do it with the space jump too.

Im stuck in the room with power bomb #8. how do you get out?
the ground is made of the same quicksand that got you there so just sink in the quicksand and go right and you will get out of there

then just grab another powerbomb as your first like for example in the second to last room before the grappling beam you can do a really precise jump and wall jump to get the powerbomb that your supposed to require the grappling beam to get
