But if completely jobless as a family decision, not just her personal decision, then she should get monthly payment till she settles in life. If it’s her decision only, one time alimony is enough. Secondly, very rarely men also face problem in career of they adjust for women, again very rare, but in that case she being in better position should compensate. I think that is equality

If u want to stay in the marriage and u can prove that u r not harassing ur wife then probably u can get relief and u can use it as a condition for agreeing to give divorce else not. But maintenance would anyways be expected unless ur wife doesn't ask for it.

So there is no such problem like unemployment for women these days , also point to be noted women are far more intelligent and educated than men , that makes the women a better candidate for the job that is why you would not find unemployment among women unless it is due to their family restrictions but in case of men we are not so educated, most of us do not have a good IQ or Aptitude to get a good pay job that is why most men are unemployed due to being just average and not above average or excellent like women jn terms of education, IQ , Skills , More opportunities for the women in various Jobs , etc.
