I’m trying to improve my hip flexibility for my T-stops for my ISI Beta test and for the Mohawks I’m currently working on at private lessons. I’m currently on USFS Adult 4 at my group lessons. I’m actually an adult skater based in MN myself, and I wanted to say, that I’m impressed with your videos and how far you’ve gotten and the videos inspire me to keep working hard. I came back to the ice officially in January after a 4 year hiatus due to the pandemic.
