For those having problem making it work for ZBrush 2023: 1: In Blender : install the addon 2: In Blender: under Preferences.Add-ons.GoB go to last tab "Troubleshooting" and install GoZ (Make sure ZBrush is closed while installing the GoZ plugin) 3. Open ZBrush and go to Preferences.GoZ and press the button "path to Blender" If all is installed correctly, the exchange folder should be located in "c:\Users\Public\Pixologic\GoZProjects\Default" 4. In Blender Press the Import button to make Blender "listening" for when you press the GoZ button under Tools, otherwise press the button "Manual" to import. Hi Jaynam love the work you do , could you by any chance show a tutorial on hardsurfa sculpting brushes like they have in Zbrush ? I have already watched the one you made earlier. But for making humanoid characters it’s just not the exact thing as a result .
The old version of this when originally came out would make lots a whole new object object each time you swapped back and forth. Does this make new objects or does it update the one that was exported to Zbrush? Also, Blender isn't showing up on my Zbrush GOZ list, how do you add it? I might be missing if your saying something on it.
@@LawsOnJoystick It seems be working, I don't know if it's new version or what. However, if swap back and forth enough, the sculpts sometimes get messed up. Like small areas that are close to each other seem to explode.
There is bug with reimport model from blender to zbrush, it changes pivot of the object, or its coordinates, and half of the pluses of the bridge usless.
Currently, it uses Blender 3.2 and zBrush 2022. The version of 'gob' is 3.5.72. At some point, when modeling is imported from the zBrush to the blender, the 'image texture' node does not appear in the Shader editor of the blender. I think I updated it once in the middle, but I can't find a way to go back to the past. The 'image texture' node itself does not appear, even though 'from texts' is selected in the import menu of the add-on option. If you choose 'from polypaint', there is an 'attribute' node, and the texture comes out well. But I need an 'image texture' node. Because I want to take it with a program called Lumion, I need an 'image texture' node. I don't know what the problem is. Help me, T.T
For some reason the older plugin version 3.484 works a lot faster with blender 2.83 than the 3.85 version with blender 2.93. And by faster I mean it takes just 5 to ten secs to import 700k poly mesh into blender in 2.83 but it takes ages to do same amount of polys in 2.93.
