I'm a little annoyed that something like 4:45 exists, just make the mark last longer. If she didn't end the breath at your location you would've dropped your fatal mark stacks probably.

I’ve got a dps question for anyone out there that may know. During the CS window do we want to prioritize dumping as much rage as possible through ignore pain, WW, and thunder clap over MS? For the best test of might?

No, during your CS window, the usual priority list still applies. MS is highest prio. You should try and get an Ignore Pain at the beginning and end of a CS window whenever possible, though.
