Meh. Just like with anything else in life sometimes you have to take the bad with the good. Ryan makes great money off of his social media presence. The UA-cam revenue, merch revenue, sponsorship revenue, dewalt sponsor revenue and free tools, Ferrell always bending over and spreading their cheeks for Ryan. Martinez always bending over and spreading their cheeks for Ryan and giving him free tools. Ryan stands to gain a lot as you can see and he takes all of it, as much as he can. If he wants all that then he has to tolerate the comments section, welcome to the internet.
What you really need is a couple of Secretaries that can work together to assign you tasking for concrete evaluations. Your business line needs to be with a voip provider like example callcentric where you can create a main menu and have fans leave voicemails etc there through the main system and an option for concrete evaluation. Which is where the secretaries answer the calls. Most companies hire disabled or individuals not medical well enough for outside the office work for this employment position. Also the Secretaries can do your data entry for your work calendar.
Ray 100% sold that hammer the little rat, this should be his last season with you ryan. Hes not only taking liberties with you but also companies that are giving you free gifts.
@@perc3136 I was thinking the same thing. Why are these people so worried about out what Ray did with a free hammer? If he needed to pay a bill, buy food, buy boots. Who cares? It’s no one’s business. People get way too involved in creating politics sometimes. All the way down to suggesting that Ryan fires Ray. If Ryan wants to fire someone he will. These videos are real but there’s also a twist of creating humor in them. Ryan knows his business. Just watch and say how you feel at limitations. Like telling the owner of the company how to handle his employees. Good grief
Your work deserves payment in full. It wouldn't be considered a revenge thing to me if I was simply asking for compensation for work previously completed. Love watching the shop progress.
what work did he complete? the client obviously has enough FU $ to forgo his deposit check and get someone else to do the job. Ryan simply nice enough and smart enough to just let it go. the juice is not worth the squeeze.

Ray sold that hammer, if he didnt id be surprised. Explains why he didnt want to use it the day he got it. The next workday he "forgot it" and then the day after that he "cant find it", saying his son took it. How big is your house? You really can't find that hammer its pretty good size would be hard to misplace

Carlito ain’t afraid to call it out or point it out lol. Ray probably sold it. And hey sometimes you need the extra cash (: like Ryan said. Fransico should’ve been there to get it.
You should setup a camera to video or time lapse the building of the new building and maybe hire someone to man the camera while it's going on and they can show us all what's going on. I'm sure, just like myself, everyone wants to see the building going up. Just my 2 cents Ryan. Keep up the great work you do.

After watching your videos for about a year +/-, I gotta say it's been a real adventure. Paying your guys a full day for pouring five yards of concrete and then having not one of them take or return your phone calls says something. I thought paying them a bonus just for showing up on time was a pretty bold move. My sincere best regards for everything working out for you.
Big Ray is always early too, he’s pretty much always beating Ryan to the yard or getting there a few minutes after him, should we give him a trophy too?
great video as always..before you know it, you will be moving all of your remaining stuff from the old yard and putting it in your new building nice and neatly... on another topic, have you ever thought about asking Your Daughters or Wife to boil you up a dozen eggs to have for breakfast? doing that would get you fresh eggs, that have not been sitting in a warehouse waiting to be sent out for sale.. and would save you some bucks in the end
Big ray sold that hammer i wouldnt give him anything else like that he gets a gift he didnt even deserve then sells it instead and of givin it to one of the other guys who didnt get one and actually needs it
be glad your not pouring in California. the heat waves we get, week straight 100+ weather off and on since July till now. the heat finally is staying in the 80s and dropping
Trust me Big Ray didn't lose that hammer 😂 He put that thing up in cellophane wrapped in aluminum foil, laminated set in concrete at a non disclosed location until further notice 😂
I know you joke around about victory going broke but you literally buy your guys lunch, pay for their vacation, give them bonuses for showing up 😂 like cmonnnnn mannnnn
Dude ain’t going broke no time soon. Crying about not having enough work. It’s only because he hasn’t done any bids. And then tries to compare it to other contractors actually having a hard time because they can’t get enough work. Only reason Ryan is low on work is because he hasn’t been taking bids. This season has been weird. His concrete business and his employees has slowly started just turning into a prop for the videos. It’s clear this season. His social media presence has become his bread and butter now.

Let's go! 3 days in a row
Pat MVP for the month definitely deserves a bonus
Hey Ryan I really appreciate your videos! My names Jeremiah and I’m 24 and I’ve owned and operated my own business since I was 19 Sealcoating asphalt. Your videos are awesome and I love watching them everyday they give me motivation to push my self and grow my business every day! Love you bro and God bless you!
GREASE! Those are pivot points for the box. Think how many times they move and the weight and the environment there ,mud water salt every thing.I am an old worn out gravel train driver here in Michigan and we greased everything every week, lots of axles(11) and lots of grease fittings.Just an observation and suggestion. Pat knows, Ray don't have a clue! Greasing stuff now will save lots of $$$$$$ in the future. Be Safe!!
This is a great video for anyone interested in starting their own business, showing all the pit falls of being an owner/operator !!! Ryan and Victory will make it through, but yikes😮 Ray losing the Martinez 😅
You are my favorite UA-camr I love your videos your such a good boss so have a great day
Big Ray sold that hammer on eBay hahah
Eric's laugh cracks ME up, haha. It's impossible to hear it and not laugh along with it. At least for me.
They’re calling you because you’re being blessed and that is amazing. Keep up the good work guys.
Liability rays sold that hammer.....that's why he didn't want to use it in the last video.. Keep it new!
I honestly was thinking the exact same thing. I was thinking why wouldn’t u use it. My gut is telling me he sold it. If that’s the case then shame on Ray. Get a $300 hammer for free & do that. I know he’s got a lot of kids but c’mon bro. Hopefully he can prove us wrong. Definitely odd he wouldn’t use it.
@@AaronBridges he 10000% sold it
Probably for 100
So the filter needs to be tucked under that metal lip to prevent the filter from doing exactly what he showed you. They don’t know how to properly use their equipment!
I felt horrible for thinking that but then I read your comment and I wasn’t alone thinking that he sold it. 😂😂
Imagine having your entire work day recorded and put on the internet for hundreds of thousands people to see, and then looking at all these comments. Man it would bring me down too. These guys work hard and show up everyday. Since vid that’s about all a company can ask for.
They dont have to read the comments🤷♂️ if they choose to do so then thats on them, if it was me i definitely wouldn't look at them lol to many experts and done it all's and know it all's on the internet 😂
Y'all really don't understand how people work in construction/ trade type jobs lol
Hire Pat he would be good for that
I love Tino's attitude about where his car came from. That's got to make you feel good.
Tino "thats where it came from" hard working man !
17:04 you see how Ray hesitated with a str8 answer…SOLD for $300 😂
Ray 100% sold that hammer the little rat, this should be his last season with you ryan. Hes not only taking liberties with you but also companies that are giving you free gifts.
He's got all those little birds at home to feed!
100 percent huh? Turns out you were wrong. Take back the rat comment
Dude it's HIS hammer ? He's got a lot of kids if he neeeded the money then he needed the money
@perc3136 no the hammer was meant to a gift from the company that ryan is working with. You dont do that
@@perc3136 I was thinking the same thing.
@@-EchoesIntoEternity-He's not referring to Ryan, he's talking abot the story Ryan saw on FB.
I wanted to thank Big Ray for the great deal on that hammer, works great, nice feel!
I would love to see more trips from the dumps. Good opportunity to see Ray and Pat getting loaded or dumping.
Rumor has it that the guy hired Easy E. 😆
😂😂😂😂
Prolly his buddy Larry lol
44:37 i tought of spongebob for one reason lol😂😂😂😂 ray acted like a little kid😂
Ray one hundred percent sold that hammer😂
Thankyou for your speculation.
I'm so sorry to see you going through problems like this. I wish you the best. I so enjoy watching your videos. The laughing while playing golf was so funny.
I tile swimming pools in South Florida and I had anxiety while you were driving to the job through the rain hoping everything didn’t get ruined! Been trying to do a huge remodel the last few weeks and it’s been everything I could do to get a section of wall mudded before the rain came!
Ray sold that hammer, if he didnt id be surprised. Explains why he didnt want to use it the day he got it. The next workday he "forgot it" and then the day after that he "cant find it", saying his son took it. How big is your house? You really can't find that hammer its pretty good size would be hard to misplace
Big ray sold the hammer I can’t stand big rat
Times are tough, understand the situation before dropping your opinions.
Thankyou for your speculation.
43:48 his reaction is how the comment section thinks about ray and his hammer 😂
Id almost bet money that he reads the comments, probably all of them, and reddit too
I watch all your videos when I can. You take good care of your guys. That's hard to find these days, respect goes along way.
Check for a short in the running boards. I have the same issue when a/c drips I had exposed/worn wires.
Solution: unplug obd2 port overnight then plug in
You should get Ed Bassmaster to come in and prank the framers."i can work"😂
Underrated
Carlito ain’t afraid to call it out or point it out lol. Ray probably sold it. And hey sometimes you need the extra cash (: like Ryan said. Fransico should’ve been there to get it.
You should setup a camera to video or time lapse the building of the new building and maybe hire someone to man the camera while it's going on and they can show us all what's going on. I'm sure, just like myself, everyone wants to see the building going up. Just my 2 cents Ryan. Keep up the great work you do.
I saw that Instrument on the floor of your truck. My MAN!!! I need a hat how much are they and I hope its not that much, i'm on Retirement from being a correction officer (prison guard)..63 yrs old, I LOVE your show. I grind your show ALOT. Thanks Buddy and God Bless ALL of you, family as well.
I think Pat needed an underwear change when that box dropped!
Mr Pat should get an extra early bonus, he deserves it
That concept is insane to me. I show up to work atleast 15 min early every single day for the last 4 years and haven’t even gotten a thank you😂
@@Shoes_Goneit’s crazy isn’t it? Paying people to work isn’t enough now days lol gotta pay em just to show up
Big Ray is always early too, he’s pretty much always beating Ryan to the yard or getting there a few minutes after him, should we give him a trophy too?
@@BigFish-lt1weno
Nah
Big rays offerup dinging lol 😜
I love my new Martinez Hammer, as a framer, i appreciate it Big Ray🔨
great video as always..before you know it, you will be moving all of your remaining stuff from the old yard and putting it in your new building nice and neatly... on another topic, have you ever thought about asking Your Daughters or Wife to boil you up a dozen eggs to have for breakfast? doing that would get you fresh eggs, that have not been sitting in a warehouse waiting to be sent out for sale.. and would save you some bucks in the end
You can always tell what big ray is lying
Big ray sold that hammer i wouldnt give him anything else like that he gets a gift he didnt even deserve then sells it instead and of givin it to one of the other guys who didnt get one and actually needs it
Rays beard looks like the weave that’s laying on the floor after a girls middle school fight!
You had so much less trouble this year with the guys showing up on time. That little instinctive made a huge difference.
SO CLASSIC "Give it a minute" LOVE IT !
Big Ray is lying about the hammer. He seems to have a story about everything
Ray earns all the hate he gets.
He sure does
100%
1,000,000%
1,000,00000,0000000
Big ray sold it for sure.
Patt: Rookie of the year and MVP.
be glad your not pouring in California. the heat waves we get, week straight 100+ weather off and on since July till now. the heat finally is staying in the 80s and dropping
Trust me Big Ray didn't lose that hammer 😂
He put that thing up in cellophane wrapped in aluminum foil, laminated set in concrete at a non disclosed location until further notice 😂
Offer up 😂
I saw it on fb marketplace
😅😂😅😂😅😂
ya ngot the celllaphane and aluminum foil part right
I know you joke around about victory going broke but you literally buy your guys lunch, pay for their vacation, give them bonuses for showing up 😂 like cmonnnnn mannnnn
crazy part is, some of the crew acts like he doesn’t do anything for them… or just slack off in general.
He probably has a different meaning of “broke” 😂
He makes tons of money off social media alone.
All that is a tax right off
Dude ain’t going broke no time soon.
@@KeepC9999 and he blows it as fast as it comes in
So Ryan was a Golfer, Football player, Jujutsu expert all in his youth....Impressive
And boxer
I was looking for this comment
Don't forget NFL and NBA pro.
He tried all those things only once when he was a teen remember🤣
U forgot welder fabricator. He must be135 yrs old.
Boss man grinding lots respect
Interesting to see how the start and end time of the day for Ryan aren't changing, but the daylight sure has!
