Here is an update! My sister in India tried drying coriander and mint leaves in the Microwave oven like I showed. She said that the coriander leaves worked great but the mint leaves turned black and wasn’t aromatic any more. I don’t know why I did not have that problem. It could be that the quality of the leaves are slightly different here in California 🤷♀️ Any way, so looks like if you want to dry your mint leaves than Air drying for 2-3 days may be your best bet!
Hi im going to freeze mine , im not sure which would b best : some people wrap in kitchen towel an then freeze an others jus freeze without kitchen towels
A little confusing is that Air dry.... to dry under sunlight OR to dry without sunlight(roomair), which is better for preventing from rotten. Can sunlight damage its greenish & good smell🤔
If you completely fry it and freeze it, it will last for months. Make sure it’s completely dry though. In my experience it did not matter whether I used paper towels or not

Yes drying without direct sun would help retain more flavor
