Chef , I do it in summer in microwave - but today while doing it it become bit brown . Then for the 2nd batch I followed your tips and came out really green .. thank you 😊
@@avanipatel6508 after plucking the leaves put the stems in a glass of water. Keep the glass indoors at a semi lighted space without disturbing for 5 to 10 days. After 5 days observe if small roots have grown through the glass. You can add water if water evaporates. Sometimes leaves too start growing. Now take a planter pot with soil and water the soil till it is pliable and soft . Now just bury the stems end one by one with an inch gap. Keep in a well lit place but away from direct sunlight for 7 days. Then keep in sunlight. Within one month you will be able to get leaves. Always cut/trim the upper part of the stems or pluck only leaves. In this way the plant stays for years.
Air drying is healthy all natural vitamins are not lost and retains the mint taste, in microwave only looks wise it is more green but in high heat all health benefits of mint are lost, its ok for hotel business point.
Thank God for the description explanation . That's all I need to know. I have tried using ovan. But the taste so mild. No wonder. I will try to air dried it. Thank you for the description.

Sir appke according maine air dried mint powder ajj ready kiya he. Bohot accha bankar ready hua he. Thank you so much.. now I have a question... Ye powder kitne time tak Store kar sakte he ?
Best procedure for microwave oven is to run for 30 seconds in microwave, leave it out for two minutes after stirring, let it cool, then again microwave for thirty seconds and leave it out for two minutes. This way run in microwave for six to seven times. For later heating from third time to end, reduce the microwave timing to 25, 20, 15, 10 till the leaves become crisp. The idea is that leaves should not get cooked but just enough heat to dry on its own.

Don't throw away the stems.Just plant them in a pot and you will have them growing again.
Place the stems in a glass of water for a day or two a d then plant them.
I tried three times, stem worns out
Even I've tried 5-6 times doesn't grow
Aunty aap jhad maat ugao aap khana pakao
@@tanmay_6363 shut up
Instead of throwing away Mint stems
, put them in water and

and the bonus mint
after 16 days also 🦋🦋🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃
Yes, I too grow mint from stems. They grow and can be used over and over by cutting only the ends. The plants stay for years.
