- In this video I talk about how you can store curry leaves (kadi patta) fresh in the refrigerator for weeks or how you can store in in your freezer for months. I will also show to how to dry curry leaves in the microwave oven and the air fryer in minutes! You can store these for years or make a curry leaf powder and store it!

Can we dry them under sun?.
If you can avoid dust, sure. Also make sure its bright and sunny so they dry fast. If not they may grow mold if it takes too long to dry

Thank you Madame. I have to questions please. 1.Can we also dry them in the oven? Also 2. I heard we need to wash the curry leaves with vinegar to kind of disinfect them, is this required?
Yes you can dry them in an oven. Just stir the leaves from time to time so they dry evenly.
No you don’t have to disinfect them with vinegar
Without freezing?? They store 1 month
Make sure to line an air tight container nicely with paper towel so any moisture is absorbed. They should stay fresh for weeks
