Thanks! I remembered this tutorial and dug it up from the depth of UA-cam! I used inches instead of pixels as my logical unit and set up my frames just right (doing a gallery set and wanted people to get an accurate idea of the ratios of my images). Cheers!
Thank you! I googled and googled and I am so GLAD I found your Tutorial! I will start watching and relearning my photoshop tools with your tutorials! I used to live in Florida, Boy, do I miss it!
hi JK Adams, Thank You a lot !!! finally found a person on UA-cam who understands it and explained how it should be done correctly. All UA-cam "gurus" only refer to paid websites or to AI generators, which generally display mock-ups of images but the dimensions are not realistic. I am very happy that I finally found the right explanation. Well thank You. p.s.: you should definitely develop a channel, or set up an online course for teaching photoshop, it definitely has a perspective and people will always welcome a good coach who understands it and can explain it correctly to students.
Thank you very much for this video!! Looks like it is exactly what I am looking for. I don't have Photoshop yet and not very good at math (ratios and stuff) but gotta learn all this to make mock up of my art on any walls that customers would send me (is better if they give the dimensions of their wall where they want to have the canvas)
JK Adams are you able to assist?! :) got background and photo and need it centered. having difficutly following this crash course. Reaching OUT! Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
Id do a mockup and place each size you offer in it. So the wall could have an 8x10, 11x14, 20x30 etc. That way you have not only a size to room comparison, but people can see the actual difference in sizes between prints.
This is great! I have been looking for this exact info for months. Thank you!
Welcome!

How do you know the size of the couch? What if you are using a stock photo and don’t have a size reference?
Most sofas are pretty standard in length, most common is 84". Go with that and it will be close enough.
Hi JK, what size is the screen and how did you get the picture to fill the screen like that? i want to be able to size my digital mock-up properly
JK Adams are you able to assist?! :) got background and photo and need it centered. having difficutly following this crash course. Reaching OUT! Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
what if i dont know the size of the furniture on my mockup
Close is good enough lol. Sometimes you have to guesstimate
hi :) what if you can print at any size? is it ok to use a 8x10 in larger mockup

Very helpful. Thank you!
