Hi Brandon, thanks for your calm and informative tutorials (and not calling us 'guys' all the time ;-) I would love a tut on putting your artwork into mock-ups and having them the right size for the room, according to the size of the print. Also is there a way to make all those copies of the artwork at so many sizes without doing each one individually?
For those who don’t want to pay the subscription for photoshop, what would be an alternative? I’m currently using canva, but don’t know if what you showcased in this video is possible with canva. Thoughts?
Thank you. Can you do this with Canva? As well, if you have a large size print, they can download it and adjust their printer settings to print any size.
Hi sir thank you very much for sharing yoir knowledge about etsy printables. I would just like to ask if is it possible to do mockups in procreate.? I have an ipad and i would like to start a printable wall art using procreate as I am more familiar with it. Thank you
Is there a simple way to do frame mockups in Illustrator?. I don't have photoshop. I really enjoy your videos. Professional and easy to understand. Thanks!!!
Hey Brandon do you know what to do if there’s an object in front of the frame? For example there’s a mock-up I’d like to use, but there’s a plant covering one corner of it, and my artwork doesn’t go behind it. Thank you, and great tutorial!
Hi Brandon! I have a question I haven't seen address by you (nor anyone else) so far. When choosing mockups for downloadable prints, wall art, etc., does it really matter whether your images are being shown in a *frame* only, or whether they're shown in a frame within a "room" (or "wall") mockup? I see both styles used quite frequently, and was just curious if you've seen any definitive advantage in using one style mockup over the other? Thanks!
Hey Brandon, I just bought your SEO book, thank you. I am making handmade boxes. Is there a way to use mock ups and companies like place it for non-digital product?? thanks!!!
Hey Kashimir, unfortunately for physical products, especially unique products, there wont be mockups for them. However there are AI tools that might be able to help you. An example is Pebblely, they might be able to help! Thank you for purchasing the SEO book, hope it was helpful!
@@brandontimothy Hey, thanks so much. I really appreciate it. I actually have three stores. A digital wall art store I am starting, a handmade boxes store and a party favor/crafts store. I want to set up a call with you soon but going to launch them first.
hey, I was also wondering if I could email you a tiny question and that is if you think my idea for wall art prints would work... I would really like the feedback and want to do a consultation of my shop soon with you.....
hey brandon i purchased some mock up files from creative market ,but i am using affinity photo cant seem to find the smart layers to insert my artwork to ,have you had any experience with affinity photo an suggestions please ..
Hey, do all wall art mock ups generally have the smart object feature to use in PS ? Does it normally say in the description or is it kind of standard ? Thank youu !
Hi! Not all wall art mockups in Photoshop have a smart object feature, but many do. It's best to check the product description before purchasing to see if it includes smart objects as some mockups may be static images.
If I have landscape wall-art images at various sizes (12x16, 8x10, A3, A2 etc.), how would I fit a Photoshop frame to the image so that it is honest to its actual proportions, and not cropped or distorted? Or do you adjust the smart image to the jpeg dimensions?
I''m not a graphic artist. I'm not that savvy. I sell antique prints I rip off from books and mail them out. I just want to put my scanned images in digital frames so they look better on Etsy. I ain't getting monthly subscription of Photoshop. I guess I'm stuck with unusable mockups.
Great video, just what I was trying to find.
Thank you for watching! I’m glad to hear that.
Thank you so much for sharing the process🌺

Can you do a video on how you convert the file ratios? Which ratios and options are the best to offer for all digital products?
Definitely, I’ll make that video soon :)
Which Photoshop plan do you recommend? I see that there's several different options. Great video btw! excited to see more!
You can just get the basic photoshop plan that comes with Lightroom app, which is great for taking product photos too!

@@brandontimothy Ahh ok will look out for it. Thanks Brandon! Would be good if there was a canva equivalent especially to the cool side angles 😄

Use canva for it
Can you purchase a personal license for the mock-ups if you’re using it for Etsy listings, or does it have to be a commercial license?
Has to be commercial license :)

What if I don’t have photoshop?
No matter how much i try i can't get this.. sighs..
too expensive, these mockup packages are only $5 or $8 dollars to buy on etsy and exactly the same
