I think the new Lab is too squeaky clean at times. I really like the look of the original Lab area. IIRC you also visited the lab in Outbreak, right? I feel like you did and it was very cool in that one too.
Agree 100% the REmake lab is missing the grime.
You are correct too, the second level in Outbreak File 1 is the lab from RE2. It's titled "Below Freezing Point"
